Abstract
본 발명은 전하 전송 물질을 실용적인 농도로 폴리실옥산 수지에 균일하게 용해시킴으로써 전하 전송 특성(charge transporting property)을 갖는 폴리실옥산 수지의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 폴리실옥산 수지에 용해되는 전하전송 물질은 하나 이상의 방향족 그룹이 가수분해 가능한 치환체를 갖는 실릴 그룹을 함유하는 탄화수소 그룹에 의해 치환됨으로써 개질된 방향족 치환된 3급 아민이다.

Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 (1)의 전하 전송 물질 및 규소 원자에 대한 1가 탄화수소 그룹의 비가 0.5 내지 1.5의 범위인 경화성 폴리실옥산 수지를 필수적으로 물이 존재하지 않는 유기 용매에 용해시키는 단계; 전하 전송 물질 및 경화성 폴리실옥산 수지를 혼합하여 이들의 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계; 및 이러한 혼합물을 경화시키는 단계들을 포함하는, 전하 전송 특성을 갖는 폴리실옥산 물질의 제조 방법.A-[R1SiR2 3-nQn]p(1)상기 화학식 (1)에서, A는 이온화 전위가 4.5 내지 6.2eV인 전하 전송 화합물로부터 유도된 유기 그룹을 나타내며, 이는 다수의 방향족 그룹을 갖는 방향족 치환된 3급 아민(여기서, 하나 이상의 방향족 탄화수소 그룹은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬렌 그룹인 R1에 결합된다)이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 1가 탄화수소 그룹 또는 할로겐 치환된 1가 탄화수소 그룹이며, Q는 가수분해 가능한 그룹이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이며, p는 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 폴리실옥산 수지가 통상 하기 화학식 (2)로 표현되는 방법.R4 jSiO(4-j-k)/2(OR5)k(2)상기 화학식 (2)에서, R4는 탄소수 1 내지 18의 직쇄 또는 측쇄형의 1가 포화 탄화수소 그룹이고, R5는 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이며, j는 0.5 내지 1.5의 수이고, k는 폴리실옥산 수지 중의 OR5그룹의 함량이 0.01 내지 10중량%의 범위가 되도록 하는 값이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전하 전송 물질이 폴리실옥산 수지 100중량부당 20 내지 200중량부의 양으로 혼합되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전하 전송 물질이 폴리실옥산 수지 100중량부당 20 내지 200중량부의 양으로 혼합되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, Q가 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시 그룹인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, R5가 수소 원자이고, 폴리실옥산 수지가 규소 원자에 결합된 OH 그룹을 0.1 내지 4중량%로 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전하 전송 물질이 폴리실옥산 수지 100중량부당 30 내지 150중량부의 양으로 혼합되는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 전하 전송 특성을 갖는 폴리실옥산 물질.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
