Abstract

본 발명은 폴리실록산 수지에 전하 전송 특성을 부여할 수 있는 용매 가용성 전하 전송 재료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 물질은 다음 화학식(1)을 갖는다.
A-[R1SiR2 3-nQn]p(1)
상기 식에서, A는 3급 아민 및 전하 전송 특성을 가지며 이온화 포텐셜이 4.5 내지 6.2eV인 화합물로부터 유도되는 유기 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬렌 그룹이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 1가 탄화수소 그룹 또는 할로겐-치환된 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, Q는 -OR3과 같은 가수분해 가능한 그룹(여기서, R3은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 그룹이다)이고, n 및 p는 각각 1 내지 3이다. 이러한 규소계 전하 전송 재료는 다수의 방향족 그룹 및 이러한 방향족 환내에 탄화수소 그룹을 통해 도입되는 알콕시실릴 그룹을 갖는 방향족 치환된 3급 아민이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 전하 전송 특성을 가지며 이온화 포텐셜이 4.5 내지 6.2eV인 화합물의 하나 이상의 방향족 그룹의 방향족 환내에 실릴 그룹을 탄화수소 그룹에 의해 도입시킴을 포함하는, 가수분해 가능한 그룹 Q를 함유하는 실릴 그룹과 함께 다수의 방향족 그룹을 갖는 방향족 치환된 3급 아민에 의해 나타내어짐을 특징으로 하는 화학식(1)의 규소계 전하 전송 재료의 제조방법.
    A-[R1SiR2 3-nQn]p(1)
    상기 식에서, A는 다수의 방향족 그룹을 갖는 방향족 치환된 3급 아민이며 또한 전하 전송 특성을 가지며 이온화 포텐셜이 4.5 내지 6.2eV인 화합물로부터 유도되는 유기 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬렌 그룹이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 1가 탄화수소 그룹 또는 할로겐-치환된 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, Q는 가수분해 가능한 그룹이고, n 및 p는 각각 1 내지 3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 가능한 그룹 Q가 알콕시 그룹인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전하 전송 특성을 갖는 화합물의 방향족 그룹의 전부 또는 일부가 불포화 탄화수소 그룹 형태의 치환체를 가지며, 치환체가 알콕시 실란과 하이드로실릴화 반응하여 화학식(1)인 A-[R1SiR2 3-nQn]p의 규소계 전하 전송 재료를 수득하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 따른 방법에 따라 제조된 규소계 전하 전송 재료.
  5. 방향족 환상에 치환된 비닐 그룹을 함유하는 전하 전송 특성을 갖는 화합물의 방향족 환과, 규소에 결합된 수소원자를 갖는 유기 규소 화합뭍의 규소원자 사이에 탄화수소 그룹을 하이드로실릴화에 의해 도입시킴을 포함하는, 화학식(1)의 규소계 전하 전송 재료의 제조방법.
    A-[R1SiR2 3-nQn]p(1)
    상기 식에서, A는 다수의 방향족 그룹을 갖는 방향족 치환된 3급 아민이며 또한 전하 전송 특성을 가지며 이온화 포텐셜이 4.5 내지 6.2eV인 화합물로부터 유도되는 유기 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬렌 그룹이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 1가 탄화수소 그룹 또는 할로겐-치환된 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, Q는 가수분해 가능한 그룹이고, n 및 p는 각각 1 내지 3이다.
  6. 제5항에 따른 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 규소계 전하 전송 재료.
