Abstract

본 발명은 디실란, 디실록산 및 실릴메틸렌의 혼합물로 부터 제조된 신규의 실록산 폴리머를 함유한 실록산 유체, 및 메틸클로로실란 잔류물 절단 하부 증류 물로부터 디실란, 디실록산 및 실릴메틸렌 결합을 가진 충분히 알칼화된 선형 및 고리형 실록산의 회수를 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하기 일반식의 실록산 폴리머로 이루어진 실리콘 유체.
    식중, X는 알킬기 또는 실록산 분자를 나타내고, a는 0보다 큰 정수이고, b및 c는 0또는 0보다 큰 정수이고, 단 b 및 c가 둘 다 0은 아니며, a,b 및 c는 폴리머 골격중에서 무작위적으로 배열될 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 폴리머가 선형 폴리머 또는 분지쇄 폴리머로 이루어진 실리콘 유체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 폴리머가 약 5내지 약 100,000센티스토크의 점도를 갖는 실리콘 유체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X가 알킬기인 실리콘 유체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 좀도 조절제를 추가로 포함하는 실리콘 유체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 점도 조절제가 단량체 유기 관능성 실란 중에서 선택되는 실리콘 유체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 약 70 내지 약 85중량%의 상기 실록산 폴리머로 이루어진 실리콘 유체.
  8. 디실란, 디실록산 및 실랄메틸렌의 혼합물을 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식의 실록산 폴리머로 이루어진 실리콘 유체의 제조방법.
    식중, X는 알킬기 또는 실록산 분자를 나타내고, a는 0보다 큰 정수이고, b및 c는 0또는 0보다 큰 정수이고, 단 b 및 c가 둘 다 0은 아니며, a,b 및 c는 폴리머 골격중에서 무작위적으로 배열될 수 있다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 디실란, 디실록산 및 실릴메틸렌의 혼합물이 메틸클로실란 합성 반응으로부터 유도되는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 디실란, 디실록산 및 실릴메틸렌의 혼합물이 메틸클로로실란 절단 반응의 하부 잔류물, 또는 하부 잔류물의 일부로부터 유도되는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 실리콘 유체를 스트립시켜 스트립된 유체를 얻고, 휘발성 분획을 회수하는 것을 추가로 포함되는 방법.
