Claims (12)
- 유리 실리콘 화합물이 필수적으로 4가 sio2단위와 1가 R3SIO1/2및 R1R2SiO1/2단위[여기서, 4가 단위에 대한 1가 단위의 비는 0. 4/1내지 2/1이고, 유기 실리콘 화합물 속에 존재하는 모든 1가 단위의 40내지 90%는 R′R2SiO1/2단위[여기서, R은 탄소원자수가 8개까지인 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, R′은 하이드록실 그룹에 의해 종결되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹이다)이다]로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 100중량부의 경화성 폴리우레탄 수지와 10내지 100중량부가 유기 실리콘 화합물을 공중합시킴으로써 형성된 형성된 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리 우레탄 수지가 용액 또는 분산액으로서 제공되는 경우에 고체 함량의 범위가 35내지 50중량%이수성 성분 폴리 우레탄 수지임을 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 수지가 용액 또는 분산액으로서 제공되는 경우에 고체 함량의 범위가 35내지 50중량%인 용매계 2성분 폴리우레탄 수지임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물 속의 모든 R그룹의 적어도 80%가 저급알킬 또는 아릴 그룹임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그룹 R′에서 모든 옥시 알킬렌 그룹의 적어도 80%는 옥시에킬렌 그룹이고 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹을 -SIC-결합을 경유하여 실리콘 원자에 결합시킴을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹의 분자량이 300내지 1000임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물 속에 존재하는 모든 1가 단위의 40내지 90%기 일반식 R′R2SiO1/2의 단위임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 유기 실리 화합물 속의 4가 실록산 단위에 대한 1가 실록산 단위의 비가 1. 3/1 내지 1.8/1임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 15내지 70부의 유기 실리콘 화합물을 100중량부의 폴리우레탄 수지에 대하여 사용함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 필름 형성 공중합체.
- 100중량부의 경화성 폴리우레탄 수지의 필수적으로 4가 SiO2단위와 R3SiO1/2및 R′R2SiO1/2단위[여기서, 4가 단위에 대한 1가 단위의 비는 0. 4/1 내지 2/1이고, 유기 실리콘 화합물속에 존재하는 모든 1가 단위의 40내지 90%는 R′R2SiO1/2단위(여기서, R은 탄소원자수가 8개 까지인 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고 R′는 하이드록실 그룹에 의해 종결된 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹이다)이다]로 이루어진 25내지 100중량부의 유기 실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 조성물을 직물에 가한 다음, 조성물을 직물에 접착하는 필름에 경화시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 직물을 방수 피복물로 처리하는 방법.
- 100중량부의 경화성 폴리우레탄 수지와 필수적으로 4가 SiO2단위와 1가 R3SiO1/2및 R′R3SiO1/2단위[여기서, 4가 단위에 대한 1가 단위의 비는 0.4/1 내지 2/1이고 유기 실리콘 화합물속에 존재하는 모든 1가 단위의 40내지 90%는 R′R2SiO1/2단위(여기서, R은 탄수원자수가 8개까지인 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고 R′은 하이드록실 그룹에 의해 종결된 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹이다)이다]로 이루어진 10내지 100중량부의 유기 실리콘 화합물을 포함함을 조성물로부터 자체 보조 공중합체를 형성시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 직물을 방수 피복물로 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 필름 형성 공중합체를 사용하여 피복시킨 기질 또는 직물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
