Claims (3)
- 투명한 기판의 표면에 자외선에 의해 경화된 수지층을 가진 광기록원판으로서, 상기의 자외선 경화수지로서, 열변형 온도가 65도C 이상의 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록원판.
- 상기 자외선 경화수지가 다음의 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물10∼60중량부, 다음의 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물 90∼40중량부로 되는 혼합물 100중량부와, 이 혼합부 100중량부에 대해서 광중합개시제 0.1∼5.0중량부를 배합한 자외선 경화수지 조성물을 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 광기록원판.(단, R1,R2는 수소 또는 메틸기, n=5∼12의 정수)
- 상기 자외선 경화수지가 다음의 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류가 10∼60중량부, 다음의 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 화합물 90∼40중량부로 되는 혼합물 100중량부와, 이 혼합물 100중량부에 대해서, 광중합개시제 0.1∼0.5중량부를 배합한 자외선 경화수지 조성물을 경화시킬 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 광기록원판.(단, R1은 수소 또는 할로겐, R2는 탄소수가 1에서 12까지의 알킬기, R3,R|4는 수소 또는 메틸기, m,n는 정수로 m=1∼4, n=1∼4).(단, R1,R2는 수소 또는 메틸기, n=5∼12의 정수).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
