Claims (10)
- 오르토-치환된-4-히드록시페닐플루오렌의 글리시딜에테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기식(Ⅰ)의 글리시딜에테르.상기식에서 n은 0내지 3, R은 하기식의 2가 유기기인데상기식에서 R0은 각각 수소와 에폭시기-함유 화합물의 중합에 불황성인가, 1-6 탄소원자의 직쇄와 측쇄알킬, 페닐, 니트로, 아세틸과 트리메틸실릴에서 선택되며 ; R1, R2, R3과 R4각각은 수소, 1-6탄소 원자의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬, 페닐과 할로겐에서 선택되는데 R1. R2, R3과 R4중 최소한 하나가 1-6탄소 원자의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 페닐 또는 할로겐 일때 디글리시딜 에테르의 에폭시당량은 최대가 약 500이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R0이 할로겐, 1-6 탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, 페닐, 니트로, 아세틸 또는 트리메틸 실릴인 글리시딜 에테르.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 9,9-비스[3-메틸-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐] 플루오렌, 9,9-비스[3,5-디메틸-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐] 플루오렌, 9,9-비스[3-클로로-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐] 플로오렌, 9-[4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐]-9-[3-메틸-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐]플루오렌, 9-[3-메틸-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐]-9-[3,5-디메틸-4-(2.3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐]플루오렌과 9,9-비스[3,5-디브로모-4-(2,3-에폭시프로폭시)페닐]플루오렌에서 선택된 글리시딜에테르.
- a) 최소한 25중량 %가 제1항내지 제4항에 따른 오르토-치환된-4-히드록시페닐플루오렌의 최소한 하나의 글리시딜 에테르인 최소한 하나의 경화성에 폭시수지. b) 에폭시수지 경화제 c) 그외의 방향족 폴리에폭사이드가 75 중량%로 구성된 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있이서, 방향족 폴리에폭사이드가 폴리히드릭페놀의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 방향족 카르복실산의 글리시딘 에스테르, 글리시딜아미노벤젠과 글리시딜아미노-글리시딜옥시-벤젠 중 최소한 하나인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리히드릭페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 최소한 하나의 펜단트 카르복실기를 함유하는 비스페놀의 디글리시딜에테르인 조성물.
- a) 최소한 하나의 오르토-치환된 페놀과 선택적으로 비치환 된 페놀을 플루오 레논 또는 치환된 플루오레논으로 축합하여 최소한 하나의 오르토-치환된 비스페놀을 제조하고 b) 생성된 오르토-치환된 비스페놀을 과량의 에피클로 히드린과 반응시켜 9,9-비스(오르토-치환된-4-히드록시-페닐)플루오렌의 최소한 하나의 디글리시딜 에테르를 제조하고 c) 생성된 9,9-비스(오르토-치환된-4-히드록시-페닐) 플루오렌의 최소한 하나의 디글리시딜 에테르를 분리하는 것으로 구성된 특허청구범위 제1내지 제7항의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제7항의 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화된 수지.
- 제5항 내지 제7항과 제9항중 어느 한항의 경화성 또는 경화된 수지의 층을 함유하거나 그로서 함침된 기관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
