Claims (25)
- 에폭시수지로부터 유도되고, 알킬기가 4개 이상의 탄소원자를 가지며 에폭시수지의 에폭사이드 관능성과 상응 알킬 페놀의 반응에 의해 양이온 수지내에 존재하는 알킬 페녹사이드기와 삼차 설포늄기를 함유하는 안료 분쇄전색제로서 사용되기에 적절한 양이온 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 양이온 수지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리 페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 200-3,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 양이온 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼차 설포늄기가 R이 2-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 히드록시알킬이나 알킬인 R-S+-R의 구조를 갖는 양이온 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 페녹사이드기가 알킬기내에 8-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 양이온 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지 1g당 0.25-1.4밀리당량의 삼차설포늄기를 함유하는 양이온 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 페녹사이드가 양이온 수지의 중량을 기준으로 1.9-25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 양이온 수지.
- 에폭시 수지로부터 유도되며, 수지 1g당 0.25-1.4밀리당량의 삼차 설포늄기와 알킬기가 4개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하며 에폭시수지의 에폭사이드 관능성과 상응 알킬 페놀의 반응에 의해 양이온 수지내에 존재하는 알킬 페녹사이드기를 양이온 수지의 중량을 기준으로 1.9-25중량% 함유하는 안료분쇄 전색제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 에폭시수지가 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 분쇄 전색제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 200-3000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 안료 분쇄 전색제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 삼차 설포늄기가 R이 2-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 R-S+-R의 구조를 갖는 안료 분쇄 전색제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알킬 페녹사이드가 알킬기내에 8-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 안료 분쇄 전색제.
- 제8항의 안료 분쇄 전색제와 그 전색제에 분산된 안료로 이루어지는 안료 페이스트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 안료대 안료분쇄 전색제의 비가 1-10 : 1인 안료 페이스트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 에폭시수지가 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 안료 페이스트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 200-3000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 안료 페이스트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 삼차 설포늄기가 R이 2-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 히드록시알킬이나 알킬인 R-S+-R의 구조를 갖는 안료 페이스트.

- 제1항의 양이온 수지를 함유한 수성 전착성 코우팅 조성물속에 양극과 음극으로 이루어진 전기회로를 장치하고 양극에 코우팅이 되도록 전류를 통과시킴으로써 양극으로 제공된 전기전도기질을 코우팅하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 200-3000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 삼차 설포늄기가 R이 2-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 히드록시알킬이나 알킬인 R-S+-R의 구조를 갖는 방법.
