Claims (7)

  1. 설폰산 양이온 교환수지입자의 피복능을 개선시키기 위해 카복시폴리메틸렌, 크산탄검, 및 프로필렌글리콜 알기네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된, 중합체 및 입자의 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1.1중량% 이하의 고분자 중합체로 처리한 설폰산 양이온 교환수지입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 약물이 그 위에 흡착되어 약물-수지 복합입자를 형성하는 수지입자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체로 처리한 후 이어서 수-투과성 확산격막으로 피복한 약물-수지복합인자.
  4. 제3항의 피복된 약물-수지복합입자를 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 카복시폴리메틸렌인 제제.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 크산탄검인 제제.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체가 프로필렌 글리콜 알기네이트인 제제.
