Abstract
본 발명은 주식 또는 티탄 촉매 및 특정 용매으 존재하에 4,4'-스틸벤디카복실산을 2-아미노페놀 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 4,4'-비스(2-벤족사졸릴)스틸벤 화합물을 제조하는 개선된 방법을 개시하고 있다.

Claims (4)
- 주석 또는 티탄 촉매 및 200℃이상의 비점을 가진 불활성 유기 용매의 존재하에 4, 4′-스틸벤디카복실산을 하기 일반식(I)을 가진 4, 4-비스(2-벤족사졸릴)스틸벤 화합물의 제조 방법 :상기 식에서, R1은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 12개 이하의 탄소 원자를 가진 알킬 및 12개 이하의 원자를 가진 알콕시 중에서 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 220 내지 260℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 티탄 또는 알콕사이드 촉매 및 200℃ 이상의 비점을 가진 불활성 유기 용매의 존재하에 220 내지 260℃ 범위의 온도에서 4,4′-스틸벤디카복실산을 하기 일반식(2)을 가진 2-아미노페놀 화합물 하나 이상과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 하기일반식(I)을 가진 4,4′-비스(2-벤족사졸릴)스틸벤 화합물의 제조 방법 :상기 식에서, R1은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 4개 이하의 탄소 원자를 가진 알킬 및 12개 이하의 원소 원자를 가진 알콕시 중에서 선택된다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 11내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 알킬 치환된 나프탈렌인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
