일반식 Ⅰ화합물은 설파오일 우레아 제초제의 제조에 있어서 중요한 중간체이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반 구조식
    (식에서 X는 C1또는Br 이고; 및 R은 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-4할로알킬이다)을 갖는 4-할로-2′-니트로부티로페논 화합물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 하기 일반 구조식
    (식에서 X 및 R은 상기 서술된 바와 같다)을 갖는 2-니트로벤조일 할라이드 화합물을 승온의 용매 존재하에 아세틸부티로락톤의 마그네슘 이놀레이트 1당량 이상과 반응시키고 임의로 결과 얻어진 반응 혼합물을 용매를 증류시킴으로써 농축하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 승온이 약 75℃-150℃인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 온도가 약 l00℃-130℃인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 방향족 탄화수소 및 염소화된 방향족 탄화수소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 용매가 톨루엔, o-크실렌, m-크실렌, p-크실렌, 벤젠 및 클로로벤젠으로 구성된군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 톨루엔인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, X가 C1 또는 Br이고, R이 수소 또는 할로겐인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, X가 C1 또는 Br이고, R이 5′-플루오로인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, X가 C1 이고, R이 수소인 방법.
