Claims (2)

  1. 일반식(II)의 할로방향족 화합물을 불화수소 및 삼불화붕소 존재하에 일반식(III)의 비스산의 할라이드와 2:1이상의 몰비로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 할로겐-함유 방향족 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐을 나타내고, R은 H, C1-C3- 알킬, 페닐, 할로겐 또는 트리플로오로메틸을 나타내며, Y는 CO 또는 SO2를 나타내고, Z는 방향족 헤테로방향족 그룹을 나타나며, Y-Z-Y는 함께 또한 CO 또는 SO2일 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a) 일반식(III)의 화합물 몰당 일반식(II)의 화합물 2 내지 10몰, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3몰을 반응시키고, b) Z가 일반식 C6H4-E-C6H4( IV)(여기에서 E는 O, (CG2)m, CO, S, SO 또는 SO2를 나타내고, G는 수고, 메틸, 불소 또는 트리플루오로메틸을 나타내며 m은 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다)의 방향족 그룹을 나타내며, c) 일반식(I) 및 (III)에 있어서 Z가 페닐렌, 바람직하게는 P-페닐렌을 나타내고, d) 일반식(I) 및 (II)에 있어서 Hal이 불소 또는 염소를 나타내며, e) 일반식(I) 및 (II)에 있어서 R이 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내고, f) 일반식(I) 및 (III)에 있어서 Y가 CO를 나타내며, g) 일반식(I) 및 (III)에 있어서 할로겐이 Y에 대해 오르토-위치가 아닌 위치에 존재하고, 바람직하게는 Y에 대해 P-위치에 존재하며, h) 일반식(II)의 화합물은 플루오로-, 클로로- 또는 브로모벤젠이고, i) 일반식(III)의 비스-산의 할라이드 몰당 불화수소 1 내지 100몰, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50몰 및 가장 유리하게는 20 내지 30몰을 사용하며, k) 반응을 -80 내지 +200℃, 바람직하게는 5 내지 50℃의 온도범위에서 수행하고, l) Hal이 불소를 나타내는 일반식(III)의 할라이드[조생성물로서 사용되는 이러한 불소화물은 바람직하게는 일반식(III)의 비스-산의 할라이드 (여기에서 Hal은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타낸다)를 -20 내지 +200℃, 바람직하게는 40 내지 80℃의 온도에서 1당량 이상의 불화수소와 반응시킴으로써 수득한다]를 사용하며, 여기서 할라이드를 일반식(III)의 비스-산의 플루오라이드 몰당 불화수소 0.1 내지 30몰, 바람직하게는 1 내지 5몰과 반응시키고, m) 반응을 5 내지 70바(bar)의 압력에서 수행하고, n) 삼불화붕소를 일반식(III)의 비스-산의 할라이드 몰당 2몰 이상, 바람직하게는 2.5 내지 10몰의 양으로 사용되는 실시양태중 하나이상을 특징으로하는 방법.
