Claims (4)

  1. (A) 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 50중량%의 폴리옥시알킬렌 구조 및 20중량%이하, 바람직하게는 5 내지 15중량%의 탄소원자가 3개 이상인 알킬 및/또는 아킬렌 및/또는 하이드록시알킬 라디칼을 함유하고 유리전이온도가 10 내지 40℃인 디에폭사이드 화합물 또는 몇몇의 디에폭사이드 화합물들의 혼합물을 (B)(A)속의 유리 에폭사이드 그룹을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 100몰%의 1급 내지 3급 디아민, 바람직하게는 N,N-디알킬아미노아킬아민과 반응시키고, (C)특정한 잔류하는 유리 에폭사이드 그룹을 동시에 또는 후속적으로 1급 또는 2급 아민과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, (D) 반응 생성물을 (B) 및 (C)에 사용된 아민의 1급 아미노 그룹의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 100몰%의 포름알데히드와 반응시켜 옥사졸리딘 구조를 형성함을 특징으로 하는, 음극 침착 가능한 피복 조성물용의 개질된 에폭시 수지계 안료 페이스트 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식 Z-Y-X-Y-Z의 개질된 에폭시 수지가 성분(A)로서 사용되고, 폴리옥시알킬렌 구조를 갖는 지방족 디에폭시 수지가 X로서 사용되고, 1급(하이드록시)알킬모노아민 또는 2급(폴리옥시)알킬렌디아민 또는 디페놀이 Y로서 사용되며 비스페놀 A-에폭시 수자가 Z로서 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 제조한 안료 페이스트 수지.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 제조한 안료 페이스트 수지의 음극 침착 가능한 피복 조성물용으로서의 용도.
