Claims (4)

  1. 2몰 이상의 디에폭시 수지 또는 폴리에폭시 수지 및 1급 내지 3급 디아민 및 1급 및/또는 2급 알킬- 및/또는 알킨올아민과 반응하여 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물[이 부가물은 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하지 않고, 산에 의해 중화시킨 후에 물로 희석시킬 수 있으며, 분자량이 4,000 내지 16,000(중량기준) 또는 1,500 내지 3,000(수효 기준)이고, 유리전이온도가 +20 내지 +45℃이며, 아민가는 20mg KOH/g 이상이다]을 형성하는 일반식(1)의 개질제를, 개질된 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 20중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 개질된 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물을 기본으로 하는 음극 용착성 페인트 결합체
    상기식에서, R1은 동일하거나 상이한 -CnH2n-, -(CnH2nO)m-CnH2n- 또는 -CH2-CH2-그룹이며, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 -CnH2n+1 또는 -O-CnH2n+1 그룹이며, R3그룹이고, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이며, n 및 m은 2 내지 8의 정수이고, R2의 경우에서 n은 8 내지 20이다.
  2. (A)디-일급 지방족 디-또는 폴리아민을, 반응에서 불활성인 용매의 존재하에 40 내지 60℃에서, 반응 생성물이 2개의 2급 아미노 그룹을 갖도록 하는 양으로 지방족 모노글리시딜 및/또는 모노에폭사이드 화합물(이의 지바옥 그룹은 8 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유한다)과 반응시키고, (B) 이러한 중간 생성물 2mol을 40 내지 80℃에서 디글리시딜 화합물 1mol과 반응시킨 다음, (C) 개질된 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 20중량%의 상기 형성된 개질제(AB)[이는 분자당 2개의 2급 아미노 그룹을 함유하고, 유리전이온도가 -15℃ 미만이다]를 디-또는 폴리에폭시수지 및 1급 내지 3급 디아민 및 1급 및/또는 2급 알킬- 및/또는 알칸올아민과 반응시켜 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물[이 부가물은 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하지 않고, 산에 의해 중화시킨 후에 물로 희석시킬 수 있으며, 분자량이 4,000 내지 16,000(중량기준) 또는 1,500 내지 3,000(수효기준)이고, 유리전이온도가 +20 내지 +45℃이며, 아민가가 20mg KOH/g 이상이다]을 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 개질된 에폭시 수지/아민 부가물을 기본으로 하는 음극 용착성 페인트 결합체를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 디-일급 지방족 폴리아민으로서 디에틸렌 트리아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 전착 페인트를 제형화하기 위한 제1항에 따른 페인트 결합제의 용도.
