Description

Claims (32)
- 반결정성 폴리락트산 중합체;
25℃ 이상의 Tg를 갖는 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체;
가소제; 및
임의적으로, 비정형 폴리락트산 중합체
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 75,000 g/몰 내지 500,000 g/몰 범위의 분자량을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 20℃에서 10% 에틸 아세테이트 용액에 용해되는 경우, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 10 내지 50 mPa*s 범위의 점도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 폴리락트산 중합체(들), 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 및 가소제의 총량을 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 폴리락트산 중합체(들), 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 및 가소제의 총량을 기준으로 15 또는 20 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산 중합체가 폴리락트산 중합체(들), 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 및 가소제의 총량을 기준으로 40 내지 80 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반결정성 폴리락트산 중합체가 90 중량% 이상의 L-락트산 유래의 중합 단위 및 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 또는 2 중량% 미만의 D-락트산 유래의 중합 단위를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반결정성 폴리락트산 중합체가 90 중량% 이상의 L-락티드 및 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 또는 2 중량% 미만의 D-락티드 및/또는 메소(meso)-락티드를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산 중합체가 210℃에서 25, 20, 15 또는 10 g/분 이하의 용융 유속을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산 중합체가 210℃에서 10 또는 9 g/분 미만의 용융 유속을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산 중합체가 약 50℃ 내지 65℃ 범위의 Tg를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체가 50℃ 또는 45℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 폴리락트산 중합체(들), 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 및 가소제의 총량을 기준으로 5 또는 35 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 하나 이상의 에스테르 또는 에테르 기를 함유하는, 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 골격(backbone) 및 에스테르 알킬 말단 기를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 1 중량% 범위의 양의 핵형성제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 핵형성제가 유기산의 염인, 조성물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 핵형성제가 인-함유 방향족 유기산의 염인, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 80℃에서 24시간 동안 에이징(aging)되는 경우 가소제 이동을 나타내지 않는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 또는 15 J/g 초과 내지 40 J/g 미만의 제 2 가열 스캔에 대한 순수 용융 흡열(ΔHnm2)을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 30℃, 25℃ 또는 20℃ 미만의 Tg를 갖는, 조성물.
- 반결정성 폴리락트산 중합체;
25℃ 이상의 Tg를 갖는 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체;
가소제;
핵형성제; 및
임의적으로, 비정형 폴리락트산 중합체
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 제 2 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 추가로 특징지어지는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 필름.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 또는 15 J/g 초과 내지 40 J/g 미만의 제 1 가열 스캔에 대한 순수 용융 흡열(ΔHnm1)을 갖는, 필름.
- 제 25 항 또는 제 26 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 50% 내지 600%의 인장 신율을 갖는, 필름.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 50 MPa 내지 700 MPa의 인장 모듈러스(modulus)를 갖는, 필름.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이, 2℃/분의 속도로 가열되는 경우 -40℃ 내지 125℃의 온도 범위에 대해 10 MPa 이상의 동적 기계적 분석에 의해 결정되는 인장 저장 모듈러스를 갖는, 필름.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이, 동적 기계적 분석에 의해 결정될 때, 2℃/분의 속도로 가열되는 경우 25℃ 내지 80℃의 온도 범위에 대해 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 또는 10 MPa 이상의 인장 저장 모듈러스를 갖는, 필름.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 39 항 중 어느 한 항의 필름 및 상기 필름 상에 배치된 감압성 접착제 층을 포함하는 물품(article).
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 시트(sheet)의 테이프인, 물품.
