Description
Claims (12)
- 다수개의 단위 유기전계발광소자를 구비하는 소자 어레이가 형성되되, 상기 단위 유기전계발광소자는 차례로 적층된 하부전극, 적어도 발광층을 포함하는 유기기능막, 상부전극, 및 상기 유기기능막과 상기 상부전극 사이와 상기 상부전극 상부 중 적어도 어느 한 부분에 형성된 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속염 및 이들의 복합물 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 투광층을 구비하는 소자기판;상기 소자 기판 상에 배치된 봉지 기판; 및상기 소자 기판과 상기 봉지 기판 사이에 상기 소자 어레이의 상부면 및 측면을 덮는 광투과성 게터층을 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 MoO3, ITO, IZO, IO, ZnO, TO, TiO2, SiO2, WO3, Al2O3, Cr2O3, TeO2, 또는 SrO2인 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 질화물은 SiN 또는 AlN인 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속염은 Cs2CO3, Li2CO3, K2CO3, Na2CO3, LiF, CsF, 또는 ZnSe인 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투광층은 상기 유기기능막과 상기 상부전극 사이에 위치하는 제1 투광층과 상기 상부전극 상부에 위치하는 제2 투광층을 구비하고,상기 제1 투광층은 금속염 또는 금속산화물을 함유하고, 상기 제2 투광층은 금속산화물을 함유하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 투광층은 MoO3 또는 Cs2CO3를 함유하고, 상기 제2 투광층은 MoO3를 함유하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소자 어레이의 주변부에 상기 소자 기판과 상기 봉지 기판을 연결하는 실런트를 더 포함하고,상기 게터층은 상기 소자 기판, 상기 봉지 기판 및 상기 실런트 사이의 빈 공간을 채우는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 봉지 기판 상에 광투과성 게터층을 형성하는 단계;다수개의 단위 유기전계발광소자를 구비하는 소자 어레이가 형성되되, 상기 단위 유기전계발광소자는 차례로 적층된 하부전극, 적어도 발광층을 포함하는 유기기능막, 상부전극, 및 상기 유기기능막과 상기 상부전극 사이와 상기 상부전극 상부 중 적어도 어느 한 부분에 형성된 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속염 및 이들의 복합물 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 투광층을 구비하는 소자 기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 게터층이 상기 소자 어레이를 바라보도록 상기 소자 기판과 상기 봉지 기판을 합착하여 모듈을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 소자 어레이의 상부면 및 측면을 덮도록 상기 게터층에 유동성을 부여하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 모듈을 열처리하여 상기 게터층에 유동성을 부여하는 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 게터층은 다공성 나노 입자 및 고분자 바인더를 함유하는 층이고,상기 모듈을 열처리하는 것은 상기 고분자 바인더의 유리전이온도 이상의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 모듈을 형성하기 전에, 상기 게터층 상에 불활성 기체를 분사하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 모듈을 형성하기 전에, 상기 게터층을 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법.
