Claims (10)
- 화소마다 구비된 것으로, 적어도 발광층을 갖는 복수개의 자발광소자들; 및상기 각 자발광소자에 대응되고, 상기 자발광소자에 의한 방출광을 소정의 방향으로 지향시키는 복수개의 집광렌즈들을 갖는 렌즈 시트;를 포함하고,상기 발광층으로부터 상기 집광렌즈의 상기 방출광의 광경로 방향의 외측 단부까지의 두께가 상기 집광렌즈에 의해 확대된 인접한 각 화소의 상이 서로 겹치지 않도록 하는 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발광층으로부터 상기 집광렌즈의 상기 방출광의 광경로 방향의 외측 단부까지의 두께가 50㎛ 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자발광소자들이 기판의 일면에 형성되고, 상기 자발광소자들을 봉지하는 봉지기판이 형성되며, 상기 렌즈 시트는 상기 기판의 타면 및 상기 봉지기판의 외측면 중 적어도 한 곳에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 시트와 상기 기판 또는 상기 렌즈 시트와 상기 봉지기판이 일체화된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자발광소자들이 기판의 일면에 형성되고, 상기 자발광소자들을 봉지하는 봉지기판이 형성되며, 상기 렌즈 시트는 상기 자발광소자들과 상기 기판 사이 및 상기 자발광소자들과 상기 봉지기판 사이 중 적어도 한곳에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 집광렌즈들은 상기 기판 또는 상기 봉지기판 중에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 집광렌즈들은 상기 자발광소자들과 1 대 1 대응되도록 형성된 것을 특 징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 집광렌즈들은 볼록렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자발광소자들은 유기전계발광소자들인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
