Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 기재 필름과 상기 기재 필름의 일면 상에 형성되는 중합체층을 구비하는 박리 필름으로서,상기 중합체층은 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분의 경화물을 포함하는 층과, 상기 층의 상기 기재 필름측과는 반대측의 표면의 일부를 피복하는 실리콘 중합체 성분을 포함하는 막을 갖고,상기 실리콘 중합체 성분은, (메트)아크릴로일기 및/또는 비닐기로 변성된 변성 실리콘 오일의 중합체인 박리 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 막을 갖는 상기 중합체층의 표면에서, 물의 접촉각이 82 내지 104°인 박리 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체층에서의 상기 실리콘 중합체 성분의 함유량을 b(질량%), 상기 중합체층의 밀도를 d(g/㎤),상기 중합체층의 두께를 t(μm)로 하였을 때에, 하기 식(1)을 만족시키는 박리 필름.0.2 ≤ 10 ×b×t×d≤6 (1)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체층의 두께 t(μm)가 0.5 내지 3μm인 박리 필 름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체층의 두께 t(μm)가, 상기 중합체층과 접촉하는 상기 기재 필름의 표면의 최대 돌기 높이보다도 큰 박리 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 박리 필름과, 상기 박리 필름의 상기 중합체층 상에 세라믹 그린 시트 및 전극 그린 시트의 적어도 한쪽으로 이루어지는 그린 시트를 갖는 세라믹 부품 시트.
- 기재 필름과 상기 기재 필름 상에 중합체층을 갖는 박리 필름의 제조 방법으로서,광중합 개시제와, 유기 용제와, 서로 상용하지 않는 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분 및 (메트)아크릴로일기 및/또는 비닐기로 변성된 변성 실리콘 오일을 함유하는 도포액을 조제하는 도포액 조제 공정과,상기 도포액을 상기 기재 필름 상에 도포하여 건조시켜서, 광 조사에 의해 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분 및 상기 변성 실리콘 오일을 중합시키고, 상기 기재 필름 상에 상기 중합체층을 형성하는 중합체층 형성 공정을 갖는 박리 필름의 제조 방법.
- 기재 필름과 상기 기재 필름 상에 중합체층을 갖는 박리 필름의 상기 중합체 층 상에 세라믹 그린 시트 및/또는 전극 그린 시트를 구비하는 세라믹 부품 시트의 제조 방법으로서,광중합 개시제와, 유기 용제와, 서로 상용하지 않는 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분 및 (메트)아크릴로일기 및/또는 비닐기로 변성된 변성 실리콘 오일을 함유하는 도포액을 조제하는 도포액 조제 공정과,상기 도포액을 상기 기재 필름 상에 도포하여 건조시키고, 광 조사에 의해 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분 및 상기 변성 실리콘 오일을 중합시켜서, 상기 기재 필름 상에 상기 중합체층을 형성하는 중합체층 형성 공정과,상기 중합체층 상에 세라믹 분말을 함유하는 페이스트 및/또는 전극재료를 함유하는 페이스트를 각각 도포하여 건조하고, 상기 박리 필름 상에 세라믹 그린 시트 및/또는 전극 그린 시트를 형성하는 시트 형성 공정을 갖는 세라믹 부품 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 성분이, 알칸(디올)디(메트)아크릴레이트 모노머를 함유하고, 상기 페이스트가 부티랄계 수지를 함유하는 세라믹 부품 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 따른 세라믹 부품 시트를 복수 준비하는 준비 공정과,상기 세라믹 부품 시트의 상기 그린 시트를 적층하여, 복수의 상기 그린 시트를 갖는 적층체를 얻는 적층 공정과,상기 적층체를 소성하여 소결체를 얻는 소성 공정을 갖는, 상기 소결체를 갖는 세라믹 부품의 제조 방법.
