Claims (2)
- 강판의 적어도 한 면에, 연화점 온도가 50℃ 이상, 300℃ 이하인 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지와, 연화점 온도가 1000℃ 이하인 저융점 무기 성분을 포함하고, 상기 저융점 무기 성분이 저융점 유리 프릿, 물유리, 혹은 이들에 콜로이달 실리카를 추가적으로 혼합한 것으로서, 저융점 유리는 SiO2-B2O3-R2O계(R은 알칼리 금속)이며, 상기 저융점 무기 성분의 평균 입경이 20㎛ 이하이고, 상기 저융점 무기 성분에 대한 수지의 혼합 비율이 질량 분율로 20% 이상, 500% 이하이고, 250℃ 접착 강도 = 10kg/cm2 이상, 750℃ 접착 강도 = 1kg/cm2 이상이며, 30℃부터 300℃에 있어서의 선 열팽창 계수가 10×10-7(℃-1) 이상, 150×10-7(℃-1) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 접착성 절연 피막을 갖는 내열 접착성 절연 피막 부착 전자 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열 접착성 절연 피막의 막 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상, 20㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 접착성 절연 피막 부착 전자 강판.
