Abstract
THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES AN ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET COATED ON ITS SURFACE WITH A HEAT RESISTANT ADHESIVE INSULATIVE COATING ENABLING ADHESIVE BY PRESSING AND HEATING AFTER STACKING AND ENABLING STRESS RELIEF ANNEALING, A MAGNETIC CORE USING THE SAME, AND A METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE SAME, THAT IS, OBTAINS AN ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET COATED BY A HEAT RESISTANT ADHESIVE INSULATIVE COATING INCLUDING A RESIN SOFTENING AT ROOM TEMPERATURE TO 300°C AND A LOW MELTING POINT INORGANIC COMPOSITION WITH A SOFTENING POINT EVALUATED BY THE DIFFERENTIAL THERMAL ANALYSIS METHOD OF 1000°C OR LESS. BY STACKING AND PRESSING TOGETHER THESE ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEETS, A BONDED AND FASTENED MAGNETIC CORE ABLE TO BE SUBJECTED TO STRESS RELIEF ANNEALING IS OBTAINED.
