Claims (7)
- 조성식 {(Ca1-xMex)O}m·(Zr1-yTiy)O2로 나타내어지고, 이 조성식 중의 원소명을 나타내는 기호 Me가, Sr, Mg 및 Ba의 적어도 하나이고, 이 조성식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x 및 y가, 0.8≤m≤1.3, 0≤x≤1.00, 0≤y≤1.00의 관계에 있는 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,V산화물을 포함하는 제1 부성분과,Al산화물을 포함하는 제2 부성분을 갖는 유전체 자기 조성물에 있어서,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 각 성분의 비율이,제1 부성분 : 0몰<제1 부성분<7몰(단, V산화물을 V2O5로 환산한 값),제2 부성분 : 0몰<제2 부성분<15몰(단, Al산화물을 Al2O3로 환산한 값),인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mn산화물을 포함하는 제3 부성분을 갖고, 상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제3 부성분의 비율이, 산화물 중의 Mn 원소 환산으로, 0몰<제3 부성분<5몰인, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, SiO2를 주성분으로 하여, MO(단, M은, Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소), Li2O 및 B2O3으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 제4 부성분을 갖고, 상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제4 부성분의 비율이, 산화물 환산으로, 0몰<제4 부성분<20몰인, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조성식 {(Baz, Ca1-z)O}vSiO2로 나타내어지고, 이 조성식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 z 및 v가, 0≤z≤1 및 0.5≤v≤4.0의 관계에 있는 복합 산화물을 포함하는 제4 부성분을 갖고, 상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제4 부성분의 비율이, 산화물 환산으로, 0몰<제4 부성분<20몰인, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 조성식 {(Ca1-xMex)O}m·(Zr1-yTiy)O2로 나타내어지고, 이 조성식 중의 원소명을 나타내는 기호 Me가, Sr, Mg 및 Ba의 적어도 하나이고, 이 조성식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x 및 y가, 0.8≤m≤1.3, 0≤x≤1.00, 0≤y≤1.00의 관계에 있는 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,V산화물을 포함하는 제1 부성분과,Al산화물을 포함하는 제2 부성분과,Mn산화물을 포함하는 제3 부성분과,조성식 {(Baz, Ca1-z)O}vSiO2로 나타내어지고, 이 조성식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 z 및 v가, 0≤z≤1 및 0.5≤v≤4.0의 관계에 있는 복합 산화물을 포함하는 제4 부성분을 갖는 유전체 자기 조성물에 있어서,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 각 성분의 비율이,제1 부성분 : 0몰<제1 부성분<7몰(단, V산화물을 V2O5로 환산한 값),제2 부성분 : 0몰<제2 부성분<15몰(단, Al산화물을 A12O3으로 환산한 값),제3 부성분 : 0몰<제3 부성분<5몰(단, 산화물 중의 Mn 원소 환산의 값이다) ,제4 부성분 : 0몰<제4 부성분<20몰(단, 복합 산화물 환산의 값이다),인 유전체 자기 조성물.
