Claims (6)
- BamTiO2+m(단, m은 0.99≤m≤1.01)과,BanZrO2+n(단, n은 0.99≤n≤1.01)을 갖는 유전체 자기 조성물로서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물은, 복수의 유전체 입자와, 인접하는 상기 유전체 입자 사이에 존재하는 입계상으로 구성되어 있고,주성분으로서 BamTiO2+m을 50몰% 이상 함유하는 상기 유전체 입자를 제1 유전체 입자로 하고, 주성분으로서 BanZrO2+n을 65몰% 이상 함유하는 상기 유전체 입자를 제2 유전체 입자로 하며, 상기 제1 유전체 입자의 평균 결정 입자직경을 D1[㎛]로 하고, 상기 제2 유전체 입자의 평균 결정 입자직경을 D2[㎛]로 한 경우에,상기 D1에 대한 상기 D2의 비인 (D2/D1)가 0.04∼0.33이고,상기 D2가 0.02∼0.25㎛이며,상기 유전체 자기 조성물 중에서, 상기 제1 유전체 입자의 합계 개수에 대한 상기 제2 유전체 입자의 합계 개수의 비가 0.10∼2인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 유전체 입자에 BanZrO2 +n이 고용되어 있는, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2 유전체 입자가, 상기 제1 유전체 입자 사이에 존재하는 입계상 근방에 존재하고 있는, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 BamTiO2 +m 100몰에 대한 상기 BanZrO2 +n의 비율이, BanZrO2 +n 환산으로 35∼65몰인, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,Mg의 산화물과, R의 산화물(단, R은, Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)과, Mn, Cr, Co 및 Fe로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물과, Si, Li, Al, Ge 및 B으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물을 더 갖고,상기 BamTiO2+m 100몰에 대해, 각 성분의 산화물 또는 복합 산화물 환산으로의 비율이,Mg의 산화물 : 4∼12몰,R의 산화물 : 4∼15몰,Mn, Cr, Co 및 Fe의 산화물 : 0.5∼3몰,Si, Li, Al, Ge 및 B의 산화물 : 3∼9몰인, 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 이루어지는 유전체층과, 내부 전극층을 갖는, 전자 부품.
