Claims (9)
- 표면에 미세 요철 형상이 형성되어 있는 수지 피막층으로 이루어진 광확산층에 있어서, 상기 미세 요철 형상 표면이 이하에 나타낸 평균 피크 간격(Sm), 중심선 평균 표면거칠기(Ra) 및 십점 평균 표면거칠기(Rz)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층:Sm≤80㎛,Ra≤0.25㎛,Rz≤9Ra.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,미세 요철 형상 표면의 60° 광택도가 70% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,수지 피막층이 미립자를 함유하고, 수지 피막층의 표면 요철 형상이 미립자에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,미립자가 유기계 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수지 피막층이 자외선 경화형 수지에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광확산층의 수지 피막층의 요철 형상 표면에, 수지 피막층의 굴절률보다도 낮은 굴절률의 저굴성률층이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산층.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광확산층이 투명 기판의 적어도 한쪽 면에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산성 시이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광확산층 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 광확산성 시이트가 광학 소자의 한면 또는 양면에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성 시이트.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 광학 소자를 적용한 화상 표시장치.
