Claims (16)
- 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체로 제조되고 파단 신도가 110% 이상인 부분 배향사.
- 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체를 2600 mpm 미만의 방사 속도 및 약 250℃ 내지 270℃의 온도에서 방사구를 통해 압출하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 부분 배향사의 방사 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방사 속도가 1650 mpm 내지 2300 mpm인 방법.
- (a) 약 160℃ 내지 200℃의 온도로 설정된 가열기를 통해 부분 배향 공급사를 공급하는 단계,(b) 가열된 실을 꼬임 부여 장치에 공급하여, 꼬임 부여 장치와 가열기 사이의 구역(가열기 포함)에서 실의 꼬임각이 약 46°내지 약 52°이도록 실을 연사하는 단계, 및(c) 실을 권취기에 권취하는 단계를 포함하는, 주성분으로 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하는 중합체로 제조된 부분 배향 공급사의 연속 연신-텍스쳐링 방법.
- (a) 약 160℃ 내지 200℃의 온도로 설정된 가열기를 통해 제1항에 기재된 부분 배향사를 공급하는 단계,(b) 가열된 실을 꼬임 부여 장치에 공급하여, 꼬임 부여 장치와 가열기 사이의 구역(가열기 포함)에서 실의 꼬임각이 약 46°내지 약 52°이도록 실을 연사하는 단계, 및(c) 실을 권취기에 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 부분 배향사의 연속 연신-텍스쳐링에 의해 제조된 연신 텍스쳐드사.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 꼬임 부여 장치가 (디스크 유형과 같은) 마찰 스핀들인 방법 또는 실.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마찰 스핀들이 1개 이상의 유입 안내 디스크, 3 내지 5개의 작업 디스크 및 1개의 배출 안내 디스크를 포함하는 것인 방법 또는 실.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 마찰 스핀들이 약 0.75 내지 1.0 mm 이격된 작업 디스크를 포함하는 것인 방법 또는 실.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 꼬임 부여 장치가 십자걸이 벨트인 방법 또는실.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 전에 실을 꼬임 격리 장치에 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법 또는 실.
- 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체의 고유 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상이고, 부분 배향사의 파단 신도가 110% 이상인 방법 또는 실.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파단 신도가 120% 이상인 실 또는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 파단 신도가 130% 이상인 실 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파단 신도가 180% 이하인 실 또는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 파단 신도가 145% 이하인 실 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고유 점도가 0.90 dl/g 이상인 실 또는 방법.
