Description

Claims (10)
- 하기 구조를 갖는 화합물로서:(a) R1은 CO2H, C(O)NHOH, CO2R3, CH2OH, S(O)2R3, C(O)NHR3, C(O)NHS(O)2R4, 또는 테트라졸이고; 여기에서 R3는 알킬, 헤테로알킬, 카르보시클릭 지방족 고리, 헤테로시클릭 지방족 고리, 모노시클릭 방향족 고리, 또는 모노시클릭 헤테로방향족 고리이고; R4는 알킬, 헤테로알킬, 카르보시클릭 지방족 고리, 헤테로시클릭 지방족 고리, 모노시클릭 방향족 고리, 또는 모노시클릭 헤테로방향족 고리이고;(b) R2는 H 또는 저급 알킬이고;(c) X 는:(1) C≡C, 또는(2) 공유 결합이고;(d) Z 는 방향족 고리 또는 헤테로방향족 고리인데, 단, Z 가 헤테로방향족 고리이고 X 가 공유 결합인 경우, Z 는 탄소원 원자를 통하여 C15에 부착되고;(e) 상기 구조의 임의의 광학 이성질체, 부분입체 이성질체 및 거울상 이성질체 또는 그의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 그의 생-가수분해성 아미드, 에스테르, 또는 이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Z 가 모노시클릭인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Z 가 비시클릭 헤테로방향족 고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 CO2H, C(O)NHOH, CO2R3, C(O)NHS(O)2R4, 또는 테트라졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 H 인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X 가 C≡C 인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z 가 하나의 치환체로 치환되고, 상기 하나의 치환체는 저급 아킬, 할로, 및 할로알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 골 장애 치료를 위한 약제의 제조에 있어서 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 골 장애가 골다공증인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 녹내장 치료를 위한 약제의 제조에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
