Claims (7)
- 재결정을 위한 가열에 뒤따르는 600 내지 250℃의 강판 온도 범위 내의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하는 냉각대의 냉각 방식이, 가스 냉각, 방산 냉각, 냉각관 냉각의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 연속 어닐링로나, 연속 어닐링로를 갖는 냉연 강판/용융 아연 도금 강판 겸용 설비에서 냉연 강판을 연속 어닐링하여, 고강도 냉연 강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 강판 온도 범위 내에서, 강판 표면을 철이 산화하는 분위기에 노출하여 산화시키고, 어닐링로 출구측에서 산세한 후, 철 또는 Ni 도금을, 1 내지 50㎎/㎡ 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 방법.
- 재결정을 위한 가열에 뒤따르는 600 내지 250℃의 강판 온도 범위의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하는 냉각대의 냉각 방식이, 가스 냉각, 방산 냉각, 냉각관 냉각의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 연속 어닐링로나, 연속 어닐링로를 갖는 냉연 강판/용융 아연 도금 강판 겸용 설비에서 냉연 강판을 연속 어닐링하여, 고강도 냉연 강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 강판 온도 범위 내의 노 내에, 산소 또는 수증기를 함유한 분위기 가스를 공급하고, 노 내의 산소 농도 또는 이슬점을 측정하고, 그 측정 결과로부터, 산소 또는 수증기를 함유한 분위기 가스의 공급량을 제어하고, 어닐링로 출구측에서 산세한 후, 철 또는 Ni 도금을, 1 내지 50㎎/㎡ 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재결정을 위한 가열에 뒤따르는 600 내지 250℃의 강판 온도 범위의 일부 또는 전부에 있어서, 강판을, 노 외를 통판시킴으로써, 강판 표면을, 철이 산화하는 분위기에 노출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고강도 냉연 강판이, 질량%로, Si:1.0 내지 2.0%, Mn:2.0 내지 3.0% 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 방법.
- 재결정을 위한 가열에 뒤따르는 600 내지 250℃의 강판 온도 범위의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하는 냉각대의 냉각 방식이, 가스 냉각, 방산 냉각, 냉각관 냉각의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 연속 어닐링로나, 연속 어닐링로를 갖는 냉연 강판/용융 아연 도금 강판 겸용 설비에서 냉연 강판을 연속 어닐링하여 고강도 냉연 강판을 제조하는, 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 설비에 있어서, 상기 강판 온도 범위 내에서, 강판 주변 분위기에 산소 또는 수증기를 공급하는 설비를 구비하고, 어닐링로 출구측에는, 산세 설비와, 철 또는 Ni 도금 설비를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 설비.
- 재결정을 위한 가열에 뒤따르는 600 내지 250℃의 강판 온도 범위의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하는 냉각대의 냉각 방식이, 가스 냉각, 방산 냉각, 냉각관 냉각의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 연속 어닐링로나, 연속 어닐링로를 갖는 냉연 강판/용융 아연 도금 강판 겸용 설비에서 냉연 강판을 연속 어닐링하여 고강도 냉연 강판을 제조하는, 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 설비에 있어서, 상기 강판 온도 범위 내에서, 노 내에 산소 또는 수증기를 함유한 분위기 가스를 공급하는 설비를 구비하고, 노 내의 산소 농도 또는 이슬점을 측정하는 설비를 갖고, 그 측정 결과로부터, 산소 또는 수증기를 함유한 분위기 가스의 공급량을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비하고, 어닐링로 출구측에는, 산세 설비와, 철 또는 Ni 도금 설비를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산소 또는 수증기를 공급하는 설비는, 강판을 노 외 통판하고, 외기와 접촉시키는 설비인 것을 특징으로 하는, 화성 처리성이 우수한 고강도 냉연 강판의 제조 설비.
