Claims (14)
- PVDF 수지를 주성분으로 하는 고분자 성분을 포함하는 다공질 막으로서,상기 PVDF 수지의 결정화도가 50% 이상, 90% 이하이고,상기 PVDF 수지의 결정화도에 막의 비표면적을 곱한 값이 300(%·㎡/g) 이상, 2000(%·㎡/g) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PVDF 수지의 결정부에 있어서의 β형 구조 결정과 γ형 구조 결정의 합계량이, 상기 PVDF 수지의 결정부 전량에 대해 30% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 성분으로서, 중량 평균 분자량이 2만 이상, 30만 이하의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을, PVDF 수지 100 중량부에 대해 0.01 중량부 이상, 3 중량부 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 PVDF 수지는, 19F-NMR 측정에 있어서의 분자 중의 이종 시퀀스 비율이 8.8% 이상, 30.0% 미만을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공사막의 막 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고분자 성분의 줄기가 메쉬형으로 네트워크를 형성하여 구멍이 설치된 막 구조를 가지고, 상기 고분자 성분의 줄기의 굵기가, 표리의 막 표면 중 가장 치밀한 표면측에서 적어도 막 두께 1/5까지, 연속적 또는 단계적으로 굵게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 다공질 막을, 알칼리 용액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 세정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 다공질 막을, 수용액 및 알칼리 용액과 적어도 교대로 한 번 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 방법.
- PVDF 수지를 주성분으로 하는 소수성 고분자 성분, 친수성 고분자 성분 및 상기 소수성 및 친수성 고분자 성분의 공통 용매를 적어도 함유하는 제막 원액을, 성형용 노즐로부터 압출하여, 수중에서 응고시켜, PVDF 수지를 주성분으로 하는 다공질 막을 제조하는, 제1항의 다공질 막의 제조 방법으로서,상기 친수성 고분자 성분으로서, 중량 평균 분자량이 2만 이상, 15만 이하의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 PVDF 수지로서, 19F-NMR 측정에 있어서의 분자 중의 이종 시퀀스 비율이, 8.8% 이상, 30.0% 미만인 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제막 원액은, 소수성 고분자 성분을 20 중량% 이상, 35 중량% 이하, 친수성 고분자 성분을 8 중량% 이상, 30 중량% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제막 원액을 응고시키는 용액의 온도(Tb℃)가, 제막 원액의 온도(Td℃) 및 제막 원액의 혼탁점 온도(Tc℃)에 대해, Td+ 5≤ Tb≤ Td+ 30의 관계를 만족하고, 또한, Td≤ Tc≤ Tb의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 성형용 노즐은 이중관 형상의 노즐이고,상기 제막 원액을 중공제와 함께 상기 성형용 노즐로부터 압출하여, 수중에서 응고시켜, 중공사막의 막 구조를 갖는 다공질 막을 작성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제막 원액은, 상기 공통 용매로서, 디메틸아세트아미드를 적어도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
