Claims (17)
- 끈목과 막 재료를 구비하며, 막 재료는 치밀층과 치밀층측으로부터 끈목을 향하여 공경이 점증하는 지지층을 갖는 제1 다공질 층과, 치밀층과 치밀층측으로부터 끈목을 향하여 공경이 점증하는 지지층을 갖는 제2 다공질 층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 다공질 층의 지지층은 끈목의 외표면 상에 존재하고, 상기 제2 다공질 층의 지지층은 제1 다공질 층의 외표면 상에 존재함과 동시에, 상기 제1 다공질 층의 치밀층의 평균 공경은 0.2 내지 1 ㎛ 범위이고, 상기 제2 다공질 층의 치밀층의 평균 공경은 0.1 내지 0.8 ㎛ 범위인 복합 다공질 막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다공질 층 및 제2 다공질 층 중의 적어도 하나의 층이 복합 다공질 막의 가장 바깥 표면으로부터 0.1 내지 50 ㎛ 내측에 치밀층을 갖는 복합 다공질 막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다공질 층의 가장 외측에 위치하는 구멍의 평균 공경이 1 내지 5 ㎛의 범위이고, 상기 제2 다공질 층의 가장 외측에 위치하는 구멍의 평균 공경이 0.8 내지 2 ㎛의 범위인 복합 다공질 막.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투수 성능(WF)이 50 내지 400 (㎥/㎡/h/MPa)이고, 버블 포인트(BP)가 50(kPa) 이상인 복합 다공질 막.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통수 파열압이 200 내지 1,000 kPa인 복합 다공질 막.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 환상 노즐이, 상기 끈목이 통과하는 끈목 통로와, 상기 끈목 통로의 전체 둘레 벽에 개구되는 제1 토출구와, 상기 끈목 통로의 출구측에서 상기 끈목 통로와 동심원상으로 상기 끈목 통로의 외주에 배치된 제2 토출구를 갖는 것인, 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 막형성액을 상기 제1 토출구로부터 공급하여 상기 끈목에 도포한 후, 상기 제1 막형성액보다 농도가 진한 제2 막형성액을 상기 제2 토출구로부터 공급하여 상기 끈목에 도포하여 상기 제1 다공질 층을 형성하는 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다공질 층을 형성한 후, 막 재료가 용해되지 않는 용액을 상기 제1 토출구로부터 공급하여 상기 제1 다공질 층 표면에 도포한 후, 상기 제2 막형성액을 상기 제2 토출구로부터 토출하여 도포하는 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 끈목 통로 선단면이 상기 제2 토출구 선단면보다 환상 노즐의 안쪽에 위치하고, 상기 끈목 통로 선단면과 제2 토출구 선단면의 거리가 0.5 내지 150 mm의 범위인 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다공질 층 및 제2 다공질 층 중의 적어도 하나를 형성시킨 후, 복합 다공질 막을 차아염소산나트륨 수용액에 침지시키고, 추가로 열수로 세정한 후, 건조시키는 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막형성액이 중량 평균 분 자량 100,000 내지 1,000,000의 폴리불화비닐리덴 (A)와, 중량 평균 분자량 10,000 내지 500,000의 폴리불화비닐리덴 (B)를 포함하고, (A)/(B)의 질량비가 0.5 내지 10인 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 m당 보풀수가 15개 이하인 끈목을 사용하는 복합 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
