Claims (28)
- 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물을 포함하며,상기 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부, 가소제 20 내지 60 중량부, 및 주석 도핑 산화인듐(ITO) 미립자, 안티몬 도핑 산화주석(ATO) 미립자, 알루미늄 도핑 산화아연(AZO) 미립자, 인듐 도핑 산화아연(IZO) 미립자, 주석 도핑 산화아연 미립자, 규소 도핑 산화아연 미립자, 육붕소화 란탄 미립자 및 육붕소화 세륨 미립자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 미립자 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 함유하며, 상기 미립자가 평균 입경이 80 nm 이하이고, 또한 입경 100 nm 이상의 입자가 1개/㎛2 이하로 분산되어 있고,상기 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 자외선 흡수제로서 말론산 에스테르계 화합물, 옥살산 아닐리드계 화합물, 또는 말론산 에스테르계 화합물과 옥살산 아닐리드계 화합물의 혼합물을 더 함유하며,클리어 유리, 그린 유리 및 고열선 흡수 유리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2장의 유리 사이에 개재시켜 적층 유리로 했을 때, 주파수 0.1 내지 10 MHz 및 2 내지 26.5 GHz에서의 전자파 차폐 성능이 10 dB 이하이고, 헤이즈가 1.0 % 이하이고, 가시광 투과율이 70 % 이상이고, 300 nm 내지 2100 nm의 파장 영역에서의 일사 투과율이 가시광 투과율의 85 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.

- 제1항에 있어서, 클리어 유리, 그린 유리 및 고열선 흡수 유리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2장의 유리 사이에 개재시켜 적층 유리로 하고, 강도 100 mW/cm2, 파장 295 내지 450 nm의 자외선을 300 시간 조사했을 때, 상기 자외선 조사 후의 상기 적층 유리의 가시광 투과율의 저하가 2.0 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제12항에 있어서, 클리어 유리, 그린 유리 및 고열선 흡수 유리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2장의 유리 사이에 개재시켜 적층 유리로 하고, 강도 100 mW/cm2, 파장 295 내지 450 nm의 자외선을 300 시간 조사했을 때, 상기 자외선 조사 후의 상기 적층 유리의 황색 지수값의 증가가 4.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 클리어 유리, 그린 유리 및 고열선 흡수 유리 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2장의 유리 사이에 개재시켜 적층 유리로 하고, 강도 100 mW/cm2, 파장 295 내지 450 nm의 자외선을 300 시간 조사했을 때, 상기 자외선 조사 후의 상기 적층 유리의 CIE 1976 L*a*b* 표색계에서의 b * 값의 증가가 3.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.

- 제1항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부, 가소제 20 내지 60 중량부, 주석 도핑 산화인듐(ITO) 미립자, 안티몬 도핑 산화주석(ATO) 미립자, 알루미늄 도핑 산화아연 (AZO) 미립자, 인듐 도핑 산화아연(IZO) 미립자, 주석 도핑 산화아연 미립자, 규소 도핑 산화아연 미립자, 육붕소화 란탄 미립자 및 육붕소화 세륨 미립자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 미립자 0.1 내지 3 중량부, 및 디이모늄계 색소, 아미늄계 색소, 프탈로시아닌계 색소, 안트라퀴논계 색소, 폴리메틴계 색소, 벤젠디티올형 암모늄계 화합물, 티오요소 유도체 및 티올 금속 착체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물 0.00001 내지 5 중량부를 함유하며, 상기 미립자가 평균 입경이 80 nm 이하이고, 또한 입경 100 nm 이상의 입자가 1개/㎛2 이하로 분산되어 있으며, 상기 화합물은 상기 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물 중에 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지가 폴리비닐부티랄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.

- 제1항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 자외선 흡수제로서 말론산 에스테르계 화합물, 옥살산 아닐리드계 화합물, 또는 말론산 에스테르계 화합물과 옥살산 아닐리드계 화합물의 혼합물과, 벤조트리아졸계 화합물, 벤조페논계 화합물, 트리아진계 화합물, 벤조에이트계 화합물 및 힌더드 아민계 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상과의 혼합물을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 접착력 조정제로서 유기산 또는 무기산의 알칼리 금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염, 또는 변성 실리콘 오일을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 조성물이 분산 안정제로서 황산계 에스테르 화합물, 인산 에스테르계 화합물, 리시놀산, 폴리리시놀산, 폴리카르복실산, 다가 알코올형 계면활성제, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐부티랄로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항, 제12항, 제13항, 제18항, 제19항 및 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 유리용 중간막을 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 유리.
