Claims (5)
- 리튬의 흡장·방출이 가능한 양극, 리튬의 흡장·방출이 가능한 음극, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터 및 비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 이차전지로서,상기 양극은, 일반식(1) : LiM1-xLxO2로 표시되는 양극 활물질을 포함하고,상기 식(1)중, x는, 0.005≤x≤0.1을 만족하고, 원소 M은, Mn, Co 및 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, 원소 L은, 금속 원소 및 반금속 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, 원소 M과 원소 L은 다른 원소이며, 상기 비수전해질이, 일반식(2):으로 표시되는 포스피네이트 화합물을 포함하고,상기 식(2) 중, R1, R2 및 R3은, 각각 독립으로, 아릴기, 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼5의 알케닐기 또는 탄소수 1∼5의 알키닐기이며,상기 비수전해질에 포함되는 포스피네이트 화합물의 양은, 비수용매 100중량부당 0.05~5중량부인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 L이, Mg, Al, Ti, Sr, Zn, B, Ca, Cr, Si, Ga, Sn, P, V, Sb, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Zr, Y 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 L이, Mg, Al, Ti 및 Sr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스피네이트 화합물이, 에틸디에틸포스피네이트를 포함한 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비수전해질이, 비닐렌카보네이트 및 비닐에틸렌카보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 더 포함한 비수전해질 이차전지.
