- 지지체 상에 세라믹분말을 적어도 포함하는 하측 그린시트를 형성하는 공정과,상기 하측 그린시트의 표면에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 하측 그린시트 및 전극 패턴층을 적어도 포함하는 적층체 유닛을 적층하여, 그린칩을 형성하는 공정과,상기 그린칩을 소성하는 공정을 갖는 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법으로서,상기 지지체 상에 형성되는 하측 그린시트에는 경화성 수지의 바인더가 포함되고, 이 하측 그린시트 상에 상기 전극 패턴층을 형성하기 전에, 상기 하측 그린시트 내의 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하측 그린시트 상에 전극 패턴층을 형성한 후, 상기 전극 패턴층 상에 경화성 수지의 바인더를 포함하는 중간 그린시트를 형성하는 공정과,그 후에, 상기 중간 그린시트 내의 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과,그 후에, 상기 중간 그린시트 상에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정을 더 가지며,상기 지지체 상에 1층 이상의 상기 중간 그린시트를 개재하여 2층 이상의 상기 전극 패턴층을 형성하고,가장 상측에 위치하는 전극 패턴층 상에는 상측 그린시트를 형성하며,상기 적층체 유닛을 상기 하측 그린시트와 1층 이상의 상기 중간 그린시트와 2층 이상의 상기 전극 패턴층과 상기 상측 그린시트로 구성하고,상기 상측 그린시트에는 열가소성 수지의 바인더를 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하측 그린시트 상에 전극 패턴층을 형성한 후, 상기 전극 패턴층 상에 경화성 수지의 바인더를 포함하는 중간 그린시트를 형성하는 공정과,그 후에, 상기 중간 그린시트 내의 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과,그 후에, 상기 중간 그린시트 상에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정을 더 가지며,상기 지지체 상에 1층 이상의 상기 중간 그린시트를 개재하여 2층 이상의 상기 전극 패턴층을 형성하고,가장 상측에 위치하는 전극 패턴층 상에는 상측 그린시트를 형성하며,상기 적층체 유닛을 상기 하측 그린시트와 1층 이상의 상기 중간 그린시트와 2층 이상의 상기 전극 패턴층과 상기 상측 그린시트로 구성하고,상기 상측 그린시트에는 경화성 수지의 바인더를 포함시키며, 경화시키지 않고 시트에 접착성을 갖게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 상측 그린시트에 포함되는 경화성 수지의 바인더가 상기 하측 그린시트 및 상기 중간 그린시트에 포함되는 경화성 수지의 바인더와 같은 종류인, 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간 그린시트의 두께는 상기 하측 그린시트의 두께와 상기 상측 그린시트의 두께의 합계와 대략 동일한, 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하측 그린시트의 두께는 3㎛ 이하인, 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극 패턴층 상에 상기 중간 그린시트 또는 상기 상측 그린시트를 형성하기 전에, 상기 전극 패턴층이 형성되어 있지 않은 상기 그린시트 상의 여백 부분에 여백 패턴층을 형성하는 공정을 더 갖는, 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 지지체 상에 세라믹분말과 경화성 수지의 바인더를 적어도 포함하는 하측 그린시트를 형성하는 공정과,상기 하측 그린시트에 포함되는 상기 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과,상기 하측 그린시트의 표면에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 전극 패턴층 상에 세라믹분말과 경화성 수지의 바인더를 적어도 포함하는 중간 그린시트를 형성하는 공정과,상기 중간 그린시트 내의 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과,상기 중간 그린시트 상에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정을 가지며,상기 지지체 상에 1층 이상의 상기 중간 그린시트를 개재하여 2층 이상의 상기 전극 패턴층을 형성하고,가장 상측에 위치하는 전극 패턴층 상에는 세라믹분말과 열가소성 수지의 바인더를 적어도 포함하는 상측 그린시트를 형성하며,단일의 상기 하측 그린시트와 1층 이상 50층 이하의 상기 중간 그린시트와 2층 이상 51층 이하의 상기 전극 패턴층과 단일의 상기 상측 그린시트로 이루어지는 적층체 유닛을 상기 지지체 상에 형성하고,상기 지지체를 박리한 상기 적층체 유닛을 상기 하측 그린시트와 상기 상측 그린시트가 접촉하도록 2개 이상 적층하여 그린칩을 형성하며, 그 후, 상기 그린칩을 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.

- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 경화성 수지는 열경화성 수지, 자외선 경화성 수지, 전자선 경화성 수지 중 어느 하나인, 적층형 전자부품의 제조방법.
