Claims (6)
- 강판의 표면에 질량%로, Mg:1 내지 10%, Al:2 내지 19%, Si:0.001 내지 2%을 함유하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 아연 도금층을 가지는 강판의 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 Ra≤1.Oμm, 또한 여파 파상곡선 WCA가 0.42~0.8μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연도금 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 도금층은 추가로 질량%로, Ca:O.01 내지 0.5%, Be:0.01 내지 O.2%, Ti:0.0001 내지 0.2%, Cu:0.1 내지 10%, Ni:0.001 내지 0.2%, Co:0.01 내지 0.3%, Cr:0.0001 내지 0.2%, Mn:0.01 내지 0.5%로부터 선택하는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,도금층이 [Al/Zn/Zn2Mg의 3원 공정 조직]의 소지 중에 [Mg2Si상]과 [Zn2Mg상] 및 [Zn상]이 혼재된 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도금층이 [Al/Zn/Zn2Mg의 3원 공정 조직]의 소지 중에 [Mg2Si상]과 [Zn2Mg상] 및 [Al상]이 혼재한 금속조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,도금층이 [A1/Zn/Zn2Mg의 3원 공정 조직]의 소지 중에 [Mg2Si상]과 [Zn2Mg상] 및 [Zn상], [Al상]이 혼재된 금속조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,도금층이 [A1/Zn/Zn2Mg의 3원 공정 조직]의 소지 중에 [Mg2Si상]과 [Zn상] 및 [Al상]이 혼재된 금속 조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 후 내식성과 도장 선영성이 우수한 아연 도금 강판.
