Abstract
本发明涉及一种高鲜映性印刷彩板及其制备方法,其中高鲜映性印刷彩板主要包括金属层,金属层的上表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层、中涂层和清漆保护层;金属层的下表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层和背面漆层。在金属层表面依次进行金属层预处理、金属层表面化学处理、金属层表面涂覆防锈底漆层和背面底漆层、金属层上表面涂覆中涂层、金属层上表面凹版印刷纹理层、金属层表面涂覆清漆保护层、金属层上表面粘结保护膜层,经过以上工艺处理后的印刷彩板鲜映性较高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合金属板领域,具体涉及一种高鲜映性印刷彩板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,建筑装饰以及家用电器外周通常采用金属或者非金属层进行装饰,以家用电器为例,家用电器的外周通常采用玻璃材质或者彩涂钢板进行装饰,玻璃材质表面的鲜映性高,可用于高端家用电器上。而彩涂钢板表面的鲜映性较差,多用于中低端家用电器表面。
为了提高彩涂钢板的鲜映性,通常分为彩膜贴覆彩板和预涂彩涂钢板。其中彩膜贴覆钢板通常是将铝箔类彩膜贴覆在经过高温烘烤的基板上,彩膜通常采用PET层作为载体,同时与铝箔类膜材料进行复合。由于彩膜和钢板采用粘结方式固定,使用时间较长后,彩膜和钢板容易发生膜层分离;而预涂彩板钢板表面容易出现雾面,鲜映性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高鲜映性印刷彩板,其具有提高彩板鲜映性、降低彩板贴膜发生膜层分离的特点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高鲜映性印刷彩板,包括金属层,金属层的上表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层、中涂层和清漆保护层;金属层的下表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层和背面漆层;金属层的表面粗糙度为0.4-0.8μm。
采用以上技术方案,将金属层表面做粗糙,并且控制粗糙度在0.4-0.8μm之间,同时在金属层表面设置化学处理层,提高金属层的防腐性能和附着力;金属层的正面在化学处理层表面设置中涂层,提高印刷彩板的色彩鲜亮度和耐候性。此外,金属层的各个层结构之间紧密贴合,同时在金属层的上表面做中涂层和清漆保护层,进一步提高印刷彩板表面的光洁度,提高鲜映性。
进一步地,清漆保护层上方粘结保护膜层。
采用粘结方式在清漆保护层表面贴覆保护膜层,提高清漆保护层的表面平整度,并增大清漆保护层和保护膜层之间的粘结作用,进一步提升印刷彩板的鲜映性。
进一步地,化学处理层包括第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层;第一化学处理层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:磷酸二氢锌5-10份、磷酸1-5份、硫酸镍10-15份、氟硅酸5-10份、水60-79份;第二化学处理层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:硅烷化合物1-10份、氟锆酸1-10份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、水60-88份。
采用以上技术方案,化学处理层设置为两层,第一化学处理层对金属层表面进行磷化处理,对金属层表面进行保护,同时提高金属层和第二化学处理层之间的粘附作用力。第二化学处理层采用聚氨酯树脂、硅烷化合物和氟锆酸配合,提高钢板表面的粘附性能和平整度。
进一步地,中涂层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:铝银粉5-15份、二氧化硅0-2份、芳烃溶剂15-25份、乙二醇丁醚1-5份、丁醇1-2份、酯类混合液2-10份。
进一步地,酯类混合液选自戊二酸二甲酯、己二酸二甲酯或者丁二酸二甲酯中的一种或者几种。
中涂层按照以上组分配合,提高金属层表面漆膜的丰满度,同时提高铝银粉的分散均匀性,提升表面漆膜的平整度。
进一步地,金属层选择马口铁板、铝板、铝合金板、热镀锌板、电镀锌板、不锈钢板或者冷轧板;金属层的厚度为0.4-1.2mm。
以上材质的金属层表面均可以按照上述方法进行处理,提高印刷彩板的鲜映性。
进一步地,清漆保护层主要包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:树脂80-85份、助剂2-2.5份、溶剂15-17份;树脂采用聚酯树脂,分子量为5000-6000;助剂选择流平剂、消泡剂或者抗凝剂中的一种或几种;溶剂采用醇类、醚类或者酯类溶剂中的一种或几种。
采用以上技术方案,清漆保护层中降低树脂的粘度,同时减少溶剂用量,提高漆膜的丰满度,减少涂膜表面张力,提升清漆保护层的流平性能。
进一步地,金属层上表面的化学处理层和中涂层之间涂覆防锈底漆层,金属层下表面的化学处理层和背面漆层之间涂覆防锈背底漆层。
采用以上技术方案,防锈底漆层和防锈背底漆层均可以增加漆膜厚度,提高漆膜表面的平整度,便于在其表面进一步做其他涂层的处理。
进一步地,中涂层和清漆保护层之间涂覆至少一层纹理层,纹理层的厚度为0.5-1μm。
按照以上方法制得的印刷彩板可以用于家电外壳,在中涂层和清漆保护层之间设置纹理层,可以根据客户需求随意设置印刷彩板表面显示的图案。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种高鲜映性印刷彩板的制备方法,其具有工艺简单、重复性高,各结构层在金属层表面粘附作用力强的特点。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种高鲜映性印刷彩板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、金属层预处理:金属层预先进行脱脂、水洗和风干工序;
S2、金属层表面化学处理:经过步骤S1处理的金属层双面均喷涂第一化学处理层;第一化学处理层加热温度为40-80℃,喷涂时间为5-10s,并进行水洗、干燥处理;
S3、在经过步骤S2处理的金属层表面涂覆第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层的涂覆厚度为0.5-2μm,在80-120℃的热风下处理30-40s进行干燥;
S4、在经过S3处理的金属层的上表面涂覆防锈底漆层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面底漆层,防锈底漆层和背面底漆层的涂覆速度为30-80m/min,之后在260-320℃烘干30-60s;
S5、在经过S4处理的金属层的上表面涂覆中涂层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面漆层,中涂层和背面漆层的涂覆速度为30-80m/min,之后在260-320℃的条件下烘干30-60s;
S6、在经过S5处理的金属层的上表面凹版印刷纹理层,之后在80-90℃风干;
S7、在经过S6处理的金属层的上表面涂覆清漆保护层,清漆保护层的涂覆方式与步骤S5相同;
S8、在经过S7处理的金属层的上表面粘结保护膜层。
采用以上技术方案,对金属层表面进行脱脂处理后,在金属层表面喷涂第一化学处理层;第一化学处理层干燥后,在第一化学处理层表面涂覆第二化学处理层,提高金属层与底漆之间的附着力,同时提高金属层的表面平整度。在金属层表面涂覆防锈底漆层和背面底漆层,进一步提高漆膜厚度,使得漆面更加平整。之后在金属层表面进一步涂覆中涂层和背面漆层,降低漆面凹凸感,提高表面漆面平整度。
在中涂层上表面可印刷纹理层,使得漆膜表面显示不同的图案。在纹理层的表面涂覆清漆保护层,减少漆膜表面张力,提高溶剂挥发速度,以免出现雾影现象。最后在清漆保护层的表面采用粘结方式贴覆保护膜层,使得保护膜层在清漆保护层表面粘附更加紧密,保护膜层的表面也更加平整,制得的印刷彩板的鲜映性更高。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明制得的高鲜映性印刷彩板中表面保护膜与金属板之间的粘结作用力较强,在金属层表面增加第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层,提高基材和底漆之间的粘结作用力,减少漆膜发生脱落;
2、本发明制得的高鲜映性印刷彩板鲜映性较好,金属层的粗糙度选择0.4-0.8μm,并且在金属层表面涂覆的其他结构层中固含量较低,提高每一结构层的流平性能,金属层上表面的保护膜层采用粘结方式固定在金属层的最上层,进一步提升印刷彩板的鲜映性;
3、本发明制得的高鲜映性印刷彩板更加环保,本发明所选用的溶剂均为环境友好型,并且在烘干过程中溶剂蒸发较彻底,减少印刷彩板表面的溶剂残留,可用于家电的外壳。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:一种高鲜映性印刷彩板,包括金属层,金属层的上表面自金属层的表面起依次排布有第一化学处理层、第二化学处理层、防锈底漆层、中涂层、第一纹理层、第二纹理层、第三纹理层、清漆保护层和保护膜层;金属层的下表面自金属层的表面起依次排布有第一化学处理层、第二化学处理层、防锈背底漆层和背面漆层。
以上高鲜映性印刷彩板按照如下方法制得:
S1、金属层选择热镀锌板,厚度为1.2mm,金属层的表面粗糙度为0.8μm;金属层预先进行脱脂、水洗和风干工序;
S2、金属层表面化学处理:经过S1处理的金属层双面喷涂第一化学处理层,第一化学处理层包括磷酸二氢锌5kg、磷酸1kg、硫酸镍10kg、氟硅酸5kg、水79kg,以上各组分搅拌混合制得第一化学处理层;第一化学处理层在50℃条件下加热,在金属层表面喷涂5s,并进行水洗干燥处理;
S3、在经过步骤S2处理的金属层表面涂覆第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层包括硅烷化合物1kg、氟锆酸1kg、聚氨酯树脂10kg、水88kg,以上各组分搅拌混合制得第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层的涂覆厚度为1μm;
S4、在经过S3处理的金属层的上表面涂覆防锈底漆层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面底漆层,防锈底漆层和背面底漆层的涂覆速度为30m/min,之后在260℃下烘干60s;防锈底漆层选择环氧防锈底漆;背面底漆层选择环氧漆;
S5、在经过S4处理的金属层的上表面涂覆中涂层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面漆层,中涂层和背面漆层的涂覆速度为30m/min,之后在260℃下烘干60s;中涂层包括铝银粉5kg、二氧化硅2kg、芳烃溶剂15kg、乙二醇丁醚1kg、丁醇2kg、酯类混合液(本实施例选择戊二酸二甲酯)10kg搅拌混合制得中涂层;背面漆选择环氧防锈漆;
S6、在经过S5处理的金属层的上表面凹版印刷第一纹理层、第二纹理层和第三纹理层,并在80℃下风干;第一纹理层选择满纹辊油墨,厚度为1μm;第二纹理层选择拉丝纹油墨,厚度为1μm;第三纹理层选择拉丝纹油墨,厚度为1μm;
S7、在经过S6处理的金属层的上表面涂覆清漆保护层,清漆保护层的涂覆速度为30m/min,之后在260℃下烘干60s;
清漆保护层按照如下方法制得:聚酯树脂(分子量为5000)80kg、流平剂(本实施例选择聚硅氧烷流平剂)2kg和溶剂(本实施例选择戊二酸二甲酯)15kg搅拌混合制得清漆保护层,清漆保护层的厚度为10μm;
S8、在经过S7处理的金属层的上表面粘结保护膜层,保护膜选择自粘PE膜,自粘PE膜粘结在清漆保护层上表面。
其余实施例与实施例一的区别在于原料的配比以及工艺条件不同,具体如表1所示。
表1各实施例制得的高鲜映性印刷彩板的原料配比和工艺条件
对采用以上方法制得的高鲜映性印刷彩板进行鲜映性、膜层附着力、抗冲击性能、耐腐蚀性能等性能测试。
鲜映性采用雾影光泽计测试彩板表面的DOI值;膜层附着力按照GB/T9286进行测试;冲击性能按照GB/T1732进行测试;冷热交替试验:将试样放入100℃沸水中持续20min,之后置于-20℃的环境下20min,循环3次,观察试样表面状况;耐盐雾试验按照GB/T10125进行测试;耐腐蚀性能测试:试样在浓度为10%HCl、10%NaOH、乙醇、醋酸浸泡72h,观察试样表面情况;耐热性能测试:试样在100℃烘箱中放置2h,观察试样表面情况。以上各实施例的测试结果如表2所示。

采用以上方法制得的印刷彩板鲜映性均高于88,表面反射图像清晰;膜层的附着力较强,并且具有较好的耐腐蚀、耐候和耐热性能,可以用于家电等设备的外壳。

Claims (10)
1.一种高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:包括金属层,金属层的上表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层、中涂层和清漆保护层;金属层的下表面自金属层的表面起依次排布化学处理层和背面漆层;金属层的表面粗糙度为0.4-0.8μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:清漆保护层上方粘结保护膜层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:化学处理层包括第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层;第一化学处理层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:磷酸二氢锌5-10份、磷酸1-5份、硫酸镍10-15份、氟硅酸5-10份、水60-79份;第二化学处理层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:硅烷化合物1-10份、氟锆酸1-10份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、水60-88份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:中涂层包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:铝银粉5-15份、二氧化硅0-2份、芳烃溶剂15-25份、乙二醇丁醚1-5份、丁醇1-2份、酯类混合液2-10份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:酯类混合液选自戊二酸二甲酯、己二酸二甲酯或者丁二酸二甲酯中的一种或者几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:清漆保护层主要包括以下以重量份数表示的组分:树脂80-85份、助剂2-2.5份、溶剂15-17份;树脂采用聚酯树脂,分子量为5000-6000;助剂选择流平剂、消泡剂或者抗凝剂中的一种或几种;溶剂采用醇类、醚类或者酯类溶剂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:金属层上表面的化学处理层和中涂层之间涂覆防锈底漆层,金属层下表面的化学处理层和背面漆层之间涂覆防锈背底漆层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:中涂层和清漆保护层之间涂覆至少一层纹理层,纹理层的厚度为0.5-1μm。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的高鲜映性印刷彩板,其特征在于:金属层选择马口铁板、铝板、铝合金板、热镀锌板、电镀锌板、不锈钢板或者冷轧板;金属层的厚度为0.4-1.2mm。
10.一种高鲜映性印刷彩板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、金属层预处理:金属层预先进行脱脂、水洗和风干工序;
S2、金属层表面化学处理:经过步骤S1处理的金属层双面均喷涂第一化学处理层;第一化学处理层加热温度为40-80℃,喷涂时间为5-10s,并进行水洗、干燥处理;
S3、在经过步骤S2处理的金属层表面涂覆第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层的涂覆厚度为0.5-2μm,在80-120℃的热风下处理30-40s进行干燥;
S4、在经过S3处理的金属层的上表面涂覆防锈底漆层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面底漆层,防锈底漆层和背面底漆层的涂覆速度为30-80m/min,之后在260-320℃烘干30-60s;
S5、在经过S4处理的金属层的上表面涂覆中涂层、在金属层的下表面涂覆背面漆层,中涂层和背面漆层的涂覆速度为30-80m/min,之后在260-320℃的条件下烘干30-60s;
S6、在经过S5处理的金属层的上表面凹版印刷纹理层,之后在80-90℃风干;
S7、在经过S6处理的金属层的上表面涂覆清漆保护层,清漆保护层的涂覆方式与步骤S5相同;
S8、在经过S7处理的金属层的上表面粘结保护膜层。
