- 제 33 항에 있어서, 비닐리덴플루오라이드 10∼90 몰%, 하기 화학식 1 :[화학식 1]CF2 = CF - ORf(식 중, Rf 는 탄소수 1∼5 의 퍼플루오로알킬기 또는 탄소수 3∼12 이며 또 산소원자를 1∼3 개 함유한 퍼플루오로알킬(폴리)에테르기)로 표시되는 퍼플루오로비닐에테르 10∼40 몰% 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌 0∼80 몰% 로 이루어진 불소함유 엘라스토머.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 엘라스토머성 불소함유 중합체사슬 세그멘트와 비엘라스토머성 불소함유 중합체사슬 세그멘트를 갖는 불소함유 다원 세그멘트화 중합체로, 엘라스토머성 불소함유 중합체사슬 세그멘트가 테트라플루오로에틸렌 40∼90 몰%, 하기 화학식 1 :[화학식 1]CF2 = CF - ORf(식 중, Rf 는 탄소수 1∼5 의 퍼플루오로알킬기 또는 탄소수 3∼12 이며 또 산소원자를 1∼3 개 함유한 퍼플루오로알킬(폴리)에테르기)로 표시되는 퍼플루오로비닐에테르 10∼60 몰% 및 경화 부위를 부여하는 단량체 0∼5 몰% 로 이루어지고, 비엘라스토머성 불소함유 중합체사슬 세그멘트가 테트라플루오로에틸렌 85∼100 몰%, 하기 화학식 2 :[화학식 2]CF2 = CF - Rf 1(식 중, Rf 1 은 CF3 또는 ORf 2 (Rf 2 는 탄소수 1∼5 의 퍼플루오로알킬기)) 0∼15 몰% 로 이루어진 불소함유 엘라스토머.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 말단, 측쇄, 또는 말단 및 측쇄에 요오드, 브롬, 또는 요오드 및 브롬을 갖는 중합체사슬을 함유하는 불소함유 엘라스토머.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 니트릴기를 함유하는 불소함유 엘라스토머.
- 제 33 항에 기재된 불소함유 엘라스토머를 함유하는 조성물.
