Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.主圧力ラインを介して少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキに液圧的に接続さ れた圧力発生装置と、上記ホイールブレーキ及び圧力流体収集手段に接続された 戻りラインと、補助圧力ラインを備え,上記圧力発生装置に液圧的に接続された 補助圧力ポンプと、上記主圧力ライン及び戻りラインに挿置され、上記主圧力ラ イン及び戻りラインにおいて圧力流体通路を閉塞又は開放保持する入口弁及び出 口弁とを具備するスリップ制御付き液圧ブレーキ装置において、 リストリクター(4)は、入口弁(1)とホイールブレーキ(3)間の主圧力ラ イン(2)において制御可能であり、第1の作動位置においては,ホイールブレ ーキ(3)に対する主圧力ライン(2)の圧力流体の流れを妨げることなく、他 の作動位置においては,リストリクター(4)が、ホイールブレーキ(3)に対 する圧力流体の流れを制限することを特徴とする液圧ブレーキ装置。 2.前記リストリクター(4)が、 ホイールブレーキ(3)とブレーキ圧力発生装置(5)間における所定の液圧差 の作用に従って制御位置をとるように制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 3.前記リストリクター(4)は、2つの対向して作用する制御圧力ポート(6 、6´)によって作動し、第1の制御圧力ポート(6)が入口弁(1)と圧力発 生装置(5)間の領 域で主圧力ライン(2)に接続され、第2の制御圧力ポート(6′)がホイール ブレーキ(3)に開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧 ブレーキ装置。 4.圧縮スプリング(7)は、制御可能なリストリクター(4)の基本位置を定 め、ブレーキ開放時,制限されない開位置をとることを特徴とする前記請求項の いずれか1つに記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 5.前記リストリクター(4)が入口弁(1)と一体の部材であることを特徴と する前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 6.前記制御可能なリストリクター(4)が、環状ピストン(8)の構成要素部 材であり、弁収容部材(9)内に挿置され、電磁的に作動可能な弁閉塞部材(1 1)を収容する弁キャリア(10)のテーパー状延長部に案内支持されているこ とを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 7.前記圧縮スプリング(7)が、環状ピストン(8)の端面と弁キャリア(1 0)の隣接する端面との間に圧縮支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記 載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 8.前記弁キャリア(10)のシリンシリンダ上記延長部が、弁収容部材(9) の段付きボア内に延出し、そこで環状ピストン(8)が径方向に案内支持され、 かつ軸方向に当接していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置 。 9.環状シール(12)が、前記延長部と段付きボア間に配置され、圧縮スプリ ング(7)から離れた環状ピストン(8) の他端面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 10.前記リストリクター(4)が圧縮スプリング(7)に接触する環状ピスト ン(8)の端面部の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至9 の少なくとも1つに記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 11.前記圧縮スプリング(7)に近い環状ピストン(8)の端面が、弁キャリ ア(10)を介して径方向に延びる少なくとも1つの圧力流体ダクト(13)と 共に,ストロークに応じて変化する流れ断面を形成することを特徴とする前記請 求項1乃至10の少なくとも1つに記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 12.主圧力ラインを介して少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキに液圧的に接続 された圧力発生装置と、上記ホイールブレーキ及び圧力流体収集手段に接続され た戻りラインと、補助圧力ラインを備え,上記圧力発生装置に液圧的に接続され た補助圧力ポンプと、上記主圧力ライン及び戻りラインに挿置され、上記主圧力 ライン及び戻りラインにおいて圧力流体通路を閉塞又は開放保持する入口弁及び 出口弁とを具備するスリップ制御付き液圧ブレーキ装置において、 制御ピストン(14)入口弁(1)とホイールブレーキ(3)間の主圧力ライン (2)に設けられ、上記制御ピストンの第1の端面が、圧力発生装置(5)の圧 力によって作動し、その第2の端面が、ホイールブレーキ(3)の液圧及び圧縮 スプリング(7)によって作動することを特徴とする液圧ブレーキ装置。 13.前記制御ピストン(14)は電磁的に作動可能な弁閉塞部材(11)と平 行をなし、主圧力ライン(2)に対し横方向に延びる弁キャリア(10)の収容 ボア(15)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の液圧ブレ ーキ装置。
