Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、(Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3、Ca(Zr1−yTiy)O3、Sr(Zr1−yTiy)O3、(Ca1−xSrx)ZrO3、及び(Ca1−xSrx)TiO3のいずれか一つ以上で示される母材粉末(上記xの範囲は0≦x≦1.0、yの範囲は0.2≦y≦0.9)を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnの少なくとも一つ以上を含む酸化物または炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2副成分として、Mg及びAlの少なくとも一つを含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によると、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第3副成分として、Ce、Nb、La及びSbの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩を含むことができ、第4副成分として、Si、Ba、Ca及びAlの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物をさらに含むことができる。
製造されたスラリーは、K2 bulk試片を製作するために、小型ドクターブレード(doctor blade)方式の成形コーター(coater)を用いて厚さ10〜15μmの成形シートを製造し、圧着後のグリーン(green)試片の厚さが約0.8mmになるように積層後のサイズが横×縦1.0cm×1.0cmであるK2 bulk試片に切断した。
上記10個のK2 bulk試片に対する母材粉末の組成別誘電体特性の確認を通じて選定された試料7及び試料10の組成で1608サイズの4.7nFの容量を有するESD保護用キャパシタを製作した。

Claims (14)
- (Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3で示される母材粉末(前記xの範囲は0.4≦x≦0.5、yの範囲は0.2≦y≦0.8)と、
前記母材粉末100at%に対してFe、Ni、Co及びCuの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第1副成分と、
を含む、誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記xとyは互いに異なる値を有する、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記第1副成分は、Mn、V、Cr及びZnの少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対してMg及びAlの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第3副成分をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si、Ba及びAlの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第4副成分をさらに含み、
Ce、Nb及びLaの少なくとも一つを含む第2副成分を更に含む、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si及びBaの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第4副成分をさらに含み、
Ce、Nb及びLaの少なくとも一つを含む第2副成分を更に含む、
請求項4に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物の常温誘電率は50以上である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 誘電体層を有し、第1内部電極及び第2内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の両端部に形成され、前記第1内部電極及び前記第2内部電極と電気的に連結される第1外部電極及び第2外部電極と、を含み、
前記誘電体層は、(Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3で示される母材粉末(前記xの範囲は0.4≦x≦0.5、yの範囲は0.2≦y≦0.8)を含む誘電体磁器組成物を含み、
前記母材粉末100at%に対してFe、Ni、Co及びCuの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第1副成分と、
を含む、積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記xとyは互いに異なる値を有する、請求項8に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1副成分は、Mn、V、Cr及びZnの少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項8または9に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対してMg及びAlの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩である0.1〜1.0at%の第3副成分をさらに含む、請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si、Ba及びAlの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第4副成分をさらに含み、
Ce、Nb及びLaの少なくとも一つを含む第2副成分を更に含む、
請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、Si及びBaの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物または炭酸塩、またはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である第4副成分をさらに含み、
Ce、Nb及びLaの少なくとも一つを含む第2副成分を更に含む、
請求項11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物の常温誘電率は50以上である、請求項8から13のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
