Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1−x)BaTiO3−xPbTiO3で表示される母材粉末を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1の副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つ以上を含む酸化物又は炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2の副成分として、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である第3の副成分をさらに含むことができる。

Claims (7)
- BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1−x)BaTiO3−xPbTiO3で表示される成分を含み、
前記xは0.075≦x≦0.30を満たし、
前記成分100モル%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1〜2.0モル%の第1の副成分をさらに含み、
前記成分100モル%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2〜5.0モル%の第2の副成分をさらに含み、
前記成分の結晶粒サイズは、0.30から0.60マイクロメートルである、
誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記成分100モル%に対して、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である0.4〜12.0モル%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、
請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 誘電体層と第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の両端部に形成され、前記第1及び第2の内部電極と電気的に連結される第1及び第2の外部電極と、
を含み、
前記誘電体層は請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、
積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 複数の第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層され、積層された第1及び第2の内部電極の間に複数の誘電体層が配置され、
前記複数の誘電体層は請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、
積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極は銅(Cu)を含む、
請求項5に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極はパラジウム(Pd)を含む、
請求項5または6に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
