Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance dielectric property of an obtained title composition and enlarge it's usefulness by adding and including Mn and SiO2 to a specific composition comprising La2O3, ZrO2, Bi2O3, SnO2, BaZrO3 and BaTiO3.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is prepared by adding and mixing 0.05W0.3wt% of Mn as MnCO3 and below 1.0wt% of SiO2W100mol% of a composition comprising, as mole %, La2O3; 0.2W2.0%, ZrO2; 1.0W7.0%, Bi2O3; 0.1W1.5%, SnO2; 0.3W4.0%, BaZrO3; 0.1W3.0% and BaTiO3. If this composition is molded into a plate like, a cylinder like shape or the like and sintered in an air atmosphere, a dielectric ceramics is obtained. If this ceramics is sintered in a reductive atmosphere and a silver electrode is provided on a surface of an obtained reduction type semiconductive ceramics and heated again in an oxidative atmosphere to form an oxidized membrane between a semiconductive ceramics surface and a silver electrode, a semiconductive ceramics condenser can be obtained.
