Description
Claims (15)
- 加工ビーム(3)を用いて板状のワークピース(2)を切断加工する機械(1)であって、
前記ワークピース(2)を第1の方向(X)で双方向に移動させる第1の移動装置(7)と、
前記加工ビーム(3)を前記ワークピース(2)上に配向する加工ヘッド(9)を第2の方向(Y)に沿って双方向に移動させる第2の移動装置(11)と、
前記ワークピース(2)を支持する少なくとも2つのワークピース支持面(4,5;14a,14b)と、を有し、前記少なくとも2つのワークピース支持面(4,5;14a,14b)の間に、前記加工ビーム(3)の通過のための間隙(6)が形成されている、機械(1)において、
前記ワークピース支持面のうちの少なくとも2つのワークピース支持面(4,5;14a,14b)の相互に対向する側縁部(4a,5a;16a,16b)が、前記第1の方向(X)に対して直角方向にも平行方向にも配向されておらず、
前記加工ヘッド(9)を前記第1の方向(X)に移動させる付加的移動装置(12)を有することを特徴とする機械(1)。 - 前記第1の方向(X)に対して直角方向にも平行方向にも配向されていない、前記相互に対向する側縁部(4a,5a)は、2つの固定されたワークピース支持面(4,5)において形成されている、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記2つの固定されたワークピース支持面(4,5)の前記側縁部(4a,5a)は、前記第2の方向(Y)に対して所定の角度(αY)で配向されている、請求項2記載の機械。
- 2つの固定されたワークピース支持面(4,5)の間に、走行可能な少なくとも2つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)が配置されており、前記支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)は、切断加工の際に切断されたワークピース部品(18)を支持するそれぞれ1つのワークピース支持面(14a,14b)を有しており、前記支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の互いに向き合う側縁部(16a,16b)は、前記第1の方向(X)に対して直角方向にも平行方向にも配向されていない、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 前記2つの固定されたワークピース支持面(4,5)の前記側縁部(4a,5a)は、前記第1の方向(X)に対して直角方向に配向されている、請求項4記載の機械。
- 前記2つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記相互に対向する側縁部(16a,16b)は、前記第1の方向(X)に対して所定の角度(αX)で直線状に延びている、請求項4または5記載の機械。
- 前記2つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記側縁部(16a,16b)は、前記第1の方向(X)に対して20°〜40°の間の角度(αX)で延びている、請求項6記載の機械。
- 前記2つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記相互に対向する側縁部(16a,16b)は、弧状に延びている、請求項4または5記載の機械。
- 前記2つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記相互に対向する側縁部のうちの少なくとも1つの側縁部(16a,16b)は、面取り部(20)または丸み付け部(21)を有している、請求項4から8までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 少なくとも1つの前記支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)は、当該支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)とは反対側の下面(22a,22b)において、前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記側縁部(16a,16b)に向かってテーパ状になっている、請求項4から9までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)は、当該ワークピース支持面(14a,14b)の前記側縁部(16a,16b)が、金属材料から形成されている、請求項4から10までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 前記金属材料は銅である、請求項11記載の機械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支援キャリッジ(13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14b)は、当該ワークピース支持面(14b)の前記側縁部(16b)を形成している板状の部分領域(T1)を有している、請求項4から12までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支援キャリッジ(13b)の前記ワークピース支持面(14b)は、波形薄板(24)として構成された部分領域(T2)を有している、請求項4から13までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支援キャリッジ(13a,13b)を、切断加工の際に切り落とすべきワークピース部品(18)の下方で位置決めするように構成されている制御装置(15)をさらに含んでいる、請求項4から14までのいずれか1項記載の機械。
