Claims (12)

容器充填弁であって、前記充填弁は、前記充填弁を通じた第1流量に対応した開放位置と、前記充填弁を通じた流れなしに対応した閉鎖された位置と、前記充填弁を通じた非ゼロの第2流量に対応した低流量設定点位置と、の間において運動可能であるシャトルを含み、前記第2流量は、前記第1流量未満である、容器充填弁と、
チャンバと、前記シャトルに結合されたバリアと、を有するアクチュエータであって、前記バリアは、交互に、チャンバの容積を増大させるか又は前記チャンバの前記容積を減少させるべく、運動可能である、アクチュエータと、
前記チャンバからの流路と、
前記流路内において位置決めされ、且つ、流体の流れが封鎖される封鎖された位置と、流体の流れが封鎖されない非封鎖位置と、を有する制御弁と、
を有し、
前記流路は、前記チャンバを流体リザーバに接続し、
前記流路は、流量制限オリフィスを有する第1ブランチと、前記チャンバの前記容積の増大に対応した流れを許容すると共に前記チャンバの前記容積の減少に対応した流れを封鎖するように構成された逆止弁を有する第2ブランチと、を含み、且つ、前記制御弁は、前記第1ブランチ内に配置されている、

を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充填器ユニット。 - 前記充填器ユニットは、コントローラを有する充填システムの一部分であり、且つ、前記コントローラは、前記シャトルが前記開放位置から前記閉鎖位置に運動している間に、前記制御弁を前記封鎖されていない位置から前記封鎖された位置に運動させるべく低流量設定点信号を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記シャトルが前記低流量設定点位置に到達した際を検出するように構成されたセンサを更に有し、且つ、前記コントローラは、前記センサから受け取った信号に応答して前記低流量設定点信号を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記コントローラは、前記シャトルが前記開放位置から前記閉鎖位置への運動を開始した際に起動されたタイマの満了に応答して前記低流量設定点信号を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第2制御弁をその換気位置からその加圧された位置に運動させるべく、第2制御弁信号を生成するように、且つ、前記第3制御弁をその換気位置からその加圧された位置に運動させるべく、第3制御弁信号を生成するように、構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記コントローラは、前記充填弁から製品を受け取る容器の既定の重量に対応した信号に応答して低流量設定点信号の生成を停止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記既定の重量は、フル容器に対応していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 前記コントローラは、前記充填弁から製品を受け取る容器のほぼフル状態の重量に対応した信号に応答して、
第2制御弁信号の生成の停止と、
第3制御弁信号の生成と、
を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の充填器ユニット。 - 前記流体回路は、食品グレードの液体によって充填されることを特徴とする請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載の充填器ユニット。
- 充填弁を通じた第1流量に対応した開放位置、前記充填弁を通じた流れなしに対応したフル閉鎖位置、及び前記充填弁を通じた非ゼロの第2流量に対応した低流量設定点位置の間において運動可能であるシャトルを有する前記充填弁から容器内に飲料製品を供給するステップであって、前記第2流量は、前記第1流量未満である、ステップと、
前記容器が完全に充填される状態未満である際に、アクチュエータのチャンバからの流体の流れを封鎖することにより、前記低流量設定点位置において前記シャトルの運動を停止させるステップであって、前記アクチュエータは、前記シャトルに結合され、且つ、交互に、前記チャンバの容積を増大させるべく、或いは、前記チャンバの前記容積を減少させるべく、運動可能であるバリアを含む、ステップと、
前記シャトルが前記低流量設定点位置にある間に、前記容器が前記飲料製品の更なる量によって充填された後に、前記流体の流れを封鎖しないようにするステップであって、流路が前記チャンバを流体リザーバに接続するステップと、
を有し、
前記流路は、流量制限オリフィスを有する第1ブランチと、前記チャンバの前記容積の増大に対応した流れを許容すると共に前記チャンバの前記容積の減少に対応した流れを封鎖するように構成された逆止弁を有する第2ブランチと、を含み、且つ、前記制御弁は、前記第1ブランチ内に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする方法。
