- LEDエミッタの線形アレイであって、エミッタ同士の中心間距離がWであり、各エミッタが、d1×d2である正方形または長方形の出力発光アパーチャを有するLEDエミッタの線形アレイと、
前記LEDエミッタのアレイに対する電気接続手段を有する基板回路と、
長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタの線形アレイであって、その長方形の入力アパーチャがd1×d2であり、中心間間隔Wを有し、前記入力アパーチャのそれぞれが、前記アレイ内の前記LEDエミッタの前記出力発光アパーチャに隣接して設けられる、長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタの線形アレイと、
光ガイドプレートであって、その1つのエッジが、前記エタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタの線形アレイの出力アパーチャに隣接して設けられ、前記光ガイドプレートが、長方形の断面および光ガイドプレート屈折率を有するテーパ状の光ガイドプレート、前記光ガイドプレート屈折率と異なる光学フィルム屈折率を有する光学フィルム、プリズムレンズシート屈折率を有するプリズムレンズシート、ならびに、前記プリズムレンズシートのファセット上に堆積された鏡面反射コーティングを備え、前記光学フィルムが前記テーパ状の光ガイドプレートと前記プリズムレンズシートとの間に設けられている、光ガイドプレートと、
を備える、照明システム。 - 前記長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタの前記アレイ内の前記長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタのそれぞれが、前記光ガイドプレートの長方形のエッジの長軸に平行な経線において、D1の寸法を有する出力アパーチャを通るその出力光をコリメートし、前記経線における角度範囲は実質的に+/−θ1であり、ただし、+/−θ1は、適用可能なエタンデュ保存正弦法によって求められ、θ1は実質的にSin-1(d1/D1)である、請求項17に記載される照明システム。
- 前記長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタの前記アレイ内の前記長方形の4つの側部を有するエタンデュ保存角度変形リフレクタのそれぞれが、入力アパーチャと出力アパーチャと間のエタンデュを保存する境界条件にしたがって数学的に成型された対向する側壁を有する、請求項18に記載される照明システム。
- 前記光ガイドプレートが、1つの長方形の出力面全体に均等に分散した出力ビームを提供し、前記出力ビームが実質的に正方形または長方形の断面であり、両方の出力経線でよくコリメートされる、請求項17に記載される照明システム。
