Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種のワックス、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤、および少なくとも1種の着色剤を含むトナー組成物であって、
少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種のワックスが1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤が950ppm〜約1000ppmの濃度でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の着色剤が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、
約100℃〜約125℃の最低定着温度を有する
ことを特徴とするトナー組成物。 - 少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種のワックス、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤、および少なくとも1種の着色剤を含むトナー組成物であって、
少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種のワックスが1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤が950ppm〜約1000ppmの濃度でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の着色剤が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、
約100℃〜約125℃の最低定着温度を有し、
約215℃〜約250℃のホットオフセット温度を有する
ことを特徴とするトナー組成物。 - トナー組成物を含む現像システム、および定着部材を含む画像形成装置であって、
トナー組成物が、少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂、少なくとも1種のワックス、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤、および少なくとも1種の着色剤からなり、
少なくとも1種の低分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の高分子量非晶性ポリエステル樹脂が約25〜約50重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種のワックスが1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の殺生物剤が950ppm〜約1000ppmの濃度でトナー組成物中に存在し、少なくとも1種の着色剤が1〜約15重量パーセントの量でトナー組成物中に存在し、
