Claims (1)
- 番組を構成する画像が符号化された符号化画像を含む符号列を有する符号化ストリームと、番組情報と、を含む符号化データを復号する復号方法であって、
前記番組情報は、復号対象の番組が立体映像を含むことを示す番組識別情報を含み、
前記符号化ストリームは、前記符号列のヘッダー部に復号対象の画像が立体画像であるか否かを示す識別情報を含み、
前記番組情報から、前記番組識別情報を抽出した場合に、復号対象の番組が立体映像を含むことを通知するための信号を出力する第1の出力ステップと、
前記符号列のヘッダー部から、前記識別情報を抽出し、
前記識別情報が、復号対象の画像が立体画像であることを示している場合に、
前記符号化画像を復号し、立体画像の右目用の画像と、立体画像の左目用の画像とを出力する第2の出力ステップと、
前記識別情報が、復号対象の画像が立体画像でないことを示している場合に、
前記符号化画像を復号し、非立体画像を出力する第3の出力ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする復号方法。
