Claims (1)
- カーボンナノチューブの製造方法であって、
耐熱性粒子と、第VIIIB族、第VIB族及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の触媒性金属を含む担持触媒とを提供すること、ここで該担持触媒は固溶体中に存在し、該耐熱性粒子は砂、石英、セラミックビーズ、アルミナ(Al2O3)、マグネシア(MgO)、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、カーバイド、シリカ、シリサイド及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれ、及び
カーボンナノチューブを含む炭素製品を製造するための十分な温度及び十分な接触時間で、前記触媒と炭素含有供給原料を含む気体流を接触させることを含む方法。
