Claims (7)
- 作動油圧を出力する油圧ポンプと、シフト操作位置の前進走行位置への操作に応じて弁位置が切り換えられることにより前進走行用油圧を発生させるマニュアル弁と、自動変速機の複数の変速段を達成させるために複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置へ作動油を選択的に供給する電磁弁装置と、該電磁弁装置の故障状態において該自動変速機の複数の変速段のうち予め設定された低速側フェールセーフギヤ段および高速側フェールセーフギヤ段が択一的に達成させられるように、前記故障状態直前の前記電磁弁装置からの出力油圧に基づいて該低速側フェールセーフギヤ段を達成するための第1位置と該高速側フェールセーフギヤ段を達成するための第2位置とのうちのいずれかに保持されるフェールセーフギヤ段切換弁とを備える形式の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記フェールセーフギヤ段切換弁は、前記油圧ポンプからの前記作動油圧に基づく油圧であって前記マニュアル弁の弁位置に関連して変化しない元圧に基づいて前記第2位置に保持されるものであることを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記電磁弁装置は、前記自動変速機の最低速側ギヤ段を含む低速側ギヤ段を成立させるための第1油圧式摩擦係合装置に作動油を供給する第1電磁調圧弁と、前記自動変速機の最高速側ギヤ段を含む高速側ギヤ段を成立させるための第2油圧式摩擦係合装置に作動油を供給する第2電磁調圧弁とを含み、
前記フェールセーフギヤ段切換弁は、前記第1電磁調圧弁からの出力油圧に基づいて前記第1位置へ切り換えられ、前記第2電磁調圧弁からの出力油圧に基づいて前記第2位置へ切り換えられるものである請求項1の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記電磁弁装置は、前記低速側フェールセーフギヤ段および高速側フェールセーフギヤ段を達成するための第3油圧式摩擦係合装置に作動油を供給する第3電磁調圧弁を含み、
前記フェールセーフギヤ段切換弁は、前記第1位置にあるときは前記前進走行用油圧を前記第1油圧式摩擦係合装置へ向かって出力するとともに、前記第2位置にあるときには前記前進走行用油圧を前記第2油圧式摩擦係合装置へ向かって出力するものであり、
前記故障状態において正常側位置から故障側位置へ切り換えられ、該正常側位置において前記第1電磁調圧弁からの出力油圧が前記第1油圧式摩擦係合装置へ供給されることを許容し、前記第2電磁調圧弁からの出力油圧が前記第2油圧式摩擦係合装置へ供給されることを許容し、前記第3電磁調圧弁からの出力油圧が前記第3油圧式摩擦係合装置へ供給されることを許容する一方で、該故障側位置において前記フェールセーフギヤ段切換弁からの前記前進走行用油圧が前記第1油圧式摩擦係合装置または前記第2油圧式摩擦係合装置へ供給されることを許容し、且つ前記元圧または前記前進走行用油圧が前記第3油圧式摩擦係合装置へ供給されることを許容する故障時切換弁を、さらに含むものである請求項2の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1油圧式摩擦係合装置と前記第3油圧式摩擦係合装置とが係合することで所定の低速側ギヤ段が成立する一方で、前記第2油圧式摩擦係合装置と前記第3油圧式摩擦係合装置とが係合することで所定の高速側ギヤ段が成立するものである請求項3の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第1電磁調圧弁、第2電磁調圧弁、および第3電磁調圧弁は、いずれも常閉型の電磁調圧弁である請求項3または4の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記フェールセーフギヤ段切換弁は、前記故障状態のときには、前記元圧の低下によって前記第1位置へ戻されるものである請求項1乃至5のいずれかの車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記元圧は、調圧弁によって調圧された調圧値である請求項1乃至6のいずれかの車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
