Claims (3)
- 複数の油圧式係合装置のうちのいずれかが選択的に係合させられることで複数の変速段のうちの1つが択一的に成立させられる自動変速機と、該複数の油圧式係合装置を係合するための油圧をそれぞれ出力する複数の電磁弁装置とを備えた車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路であって、
該複数の電磁弁装置のいずれからも油圧が出力されていないオールフェール状態に基づいて所定の元圧を第1油圧式係合装置へ第1油圧として出力するフェール側位置へ弁作動状態を切り換えられるオールフェール検知切換弁装置と、
前記オールフェール状態となる前の車両状態に基づいて車両の非走行状態を示す非走行位置から車両の走行状態を示す走行位置へ切り換えられてそれを維持し、該非走行位置或いは走行位置に応じて第2油圧式係合装置或いは第3油圧式係合装置へ択一的に係合油圧を供給する作動状態記憶弁と
を、含み、
前記オールフェール検知切換弁装置は、オールフェール検知弁と切換弁とを備え、前記複数の電磁弁装置のいずれからも油圧が出力されていない状態において、
該オールフェール検知弁は、前記第1油圧を前記作動状態記憶弁と該切換弁とに出力し、
該切換弁は、該第1油圧が入力したときに該第1油圧を前記第1油圧式係合装置に供給する一方、該第1油圧が入力されていないときに前記作動状態記憶弁から前記第3油圧式係合装置へ供給される係合油圧を遮断するものであり、
前記作動状態記憶弁は、該第1油圧或いは前記所定の元圧を前記非走行位置或いは走行位置に応じて、前記第2油圧式係合装置或いは前記第3油圧式係合装置へ択一的に供給するものである
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路。 - 複数の油圧式係合装置のうちのいずれかが選択的に係合させられることで複数の変速段のうちの1つが択一的に成立させられる自動変速機と、該複数の油圧式係合装置を係合するための油圧をそれぞれ出力する複数の電磁弁装置とを備えた車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路であって、
最低速ギヤ段を含む低中速側ギヤ段を成立させる場合に油圧を出力する第1電磁弁装置と、
最高速ギヤ段を含む高速側ギヤ段を成立させる場合に油圧を出力する第2電磁弁装置と、
該第1電磁弁装置からの出力油圧によって所定の元圧を、低中速側ギヤ段を成立させる係合油圧を供給するための第1油路へ出力する弁作動状態に切り換えられてその状態を維持し、該第2電磁弁装置からの出力油圧によって前記所定の元圧を、高速側ギヤ段を成立させる係合油圧を供給するための第2油路へ出力する弁作動状態に切り換えられてその状態を維持することにより、フェールにより該第1電磁弁装置或いは該第2電磁弁装置から油圧が出力されなくなった時にその弁作動状態を記憶する第1切換弁と、
該複数の電磁弁装置のいずれからも油圧が出力されていないオールフェール状態であることを、該第1電磁弁装置および該第2電磁弁装置のうちの一方とそれ等を除く他の複数の電磁弁装置とから油圧が出力されていないことで検知可能とし、該検知した時には前記所定の元圧を第1油圧式係合装置に供給し、且つ該第1油路の油圧と該第2油路の油圧とをそれぞれ第2油圧式係合装置と第3油圧式係合装置とに供給するように弁作動状態を遮断状態から供給状態へと切り換える第2切換弁と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路。 - 前記第1油圧式係合装置と前記第2油圧式係合装置とが係合することで低中速側ギヤ段が成立し、
前記第1油圧式係合装置と前記第3油圧式係合装置とが係合することで高速側ギヤ段が成立するものである請求項1又は2の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路。
