Description
しかしながら、ストレッチ性と深色性を兼ね備えた織編物はこれまであまり提案されておらず、その提案が望まれていた。同時に、染着差のない高品位のものが望まれていた。
まず、混繊糸に含まれるポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維を形成するポリエチレンテレフタレートは、主たる繰り返し単位がエチレンテレフタレートであり、テレフタル酸を主たる酸成分とし、エチレングリコールを主たるグリコール成分とする。
前記の複合繊維を形成する両構成成分の重量比率としては、70:30〜30:70の範囲内であることが好ましい。
なお、本発明の混繊糸には、混繊糸全体の30重量%以下であれば、他の繊維が含まれていてもさしつかえない。
<固有粘度>
オルソクロロフェノールを溶媒として使用し35℃で測定した。
<深色性>
深色性を示す尺度として、深色度(K/S)を用いた。この値は、サンプル布の分光反射率(R)を島津RC−330型自記分光光度計にて測定し、次に示すクベルカームンク(KubelkaMunk)の式から求めた。この値が大きいほど深色効果が大きいことを示す。
K/S=(1−R)2/2R
なお、Kは吸収係数、Sは散乱係数を示す。
<ストレッチ性>
島津製作所(株)製の引張り試験機を用いて、つかみ巾2cm、つかみ間隔10cm、引張り速度10cm/分でサンプル布を緯方向に伸長させたときの2.94N/cmの応力下での伸び率(%)をストレッチ性とした。なお、織物の該ストレッチ性は、10%以上なければ、ストレッチ布帛として多用途に使用できない。
<織物品位>
5人のパネラーが織物の表面を観察し、特に混繊糸の芯糸と鞘糸の染着差があるものを、「イラツキあり」と判定し、「イラツキなし」(○)、「イラツキ若干あり」(△)、「イラツキあり」(×)の3段階に評価した。
テレフタル酸ジメチル100部、エチレングリコール60部、酢酸カルシウム1水塩0.06部(テレフタル酸ジメチルに対して0.066モル%)をエステル交換缶に仕込み、窒素ガス雰囲気下4時間かけて140℃から230℃まで昇温して生成するメタノールを系外に留居しながらエステル交換反応を行った。続いて得られた反応生成物に、0.5部のリン酸トリメチル(テレフタル酸ジメチルに対して0.693モル%)と0.31部の酢酸カルシウム1水塩(リン酸トリメチルに対して1/2倍モル)とを8.5部のエチレングリコール中での120℃の温度において全還流下60分間反応せしめて調整したリン酸ジエステルカルシウム塩の透明溶液9.31部に室温下0.57部の酢酸カルシウム1水塩(リン酸トリメチルに対して0.9倍モル)を溶解せしめて得たリン酸ジエステルカルシウム塩と酢酸カルシウムとの混合透明溶液9.88部を添加し、次いで三酸化アンチモン0.04部を添加して重合缶に移した。次いで1時間かけて760mmHgから1mmHgまで減圧し、同時に1時間30分かけて230℃から285℃まで昇温した。1mmHg以下の減圧下、重合温度285℃で更に3時間、合計4時間30分重合して固有粘度0.641、軟化点259℃のポリマーを得た。反応終了後ポリマーを常法に従いチップ化した。
実施例1において、固有粘度が1.26のポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)と固有粘度が0.92のポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)をそれぞれ別に溶融し、複合繊維(延伸糸)を得たこと以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた黒染布は、表1に示すとおり、深色性、ストレッチ性に優れ、織物品位も良好であった。
実施例1において、混繊糸内の重量比を表1に示すごとく変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた織物は、芯糸の重量比が小さいため、ストレッチ性が不十分であった。
実施例1において、混繊糸内の重量比を表1に示すごとく変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた織物は、芯糸の重量比が大きいため、芯糸と鞘糸との染着差が目立ち、品位が不良であった。
実施例1において、固有粘度が0.65のポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)と固有粘度が0.50のポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)をそれぞれ別に溶融し、複合繊維(延伸糸)を得たこと以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた織物は、深色性の点で不十分であった。

Claims (8)
- 下記一般式で表される含金属リン化合物(a)およびアルカリ土類金属化合物(b)を含むポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維と、少なくとも一方成分がポリトリメチレンテレフタレートである2種のポリエステル成分がサイドバイサイド型または偏心芯鞘型に貼りあわされた複合繊維とが、重量比(ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維:複合繊維)80:20〜50:50の範囲内で混繊されてなり、かつ前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維が加熱下で自己伸長性を有する未延伸糸であることを特徴とする混繊糸。
(式中、R1およびR2は一価の有機基であって、R1およびR2は同一でも異なってもよく、Mはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属であって、mはMがアルカリ金属の場合は1、Mがアルカリ土類金属の場合は1/2である。) - 前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維において、含金属リン化合物(a)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを構成する酸成分に対して0.5〜3.0モル%添加され、一方アルカリ土類金属化合物(b)が、該含金属リン化合物(a)の0.5〜1.2倍モル添加されてなる、請求項1に記載の混繊糸。
- 前記複合繊維が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート成分とポリトリメチレンテレフタレート成分とがサイドバイサイド型または偏心芯鞘型に貼りあわされてなる複合繊維である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の混繊糸。
- 混繊糸が空気交絡ノズルにより混繊されたものである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の混繊糸。
- 150〜3000T/mの撚りが施されてなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の混繊糸。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の混繊糸を含む織編物。
- アルカリ減量加工により、混繊糸に含まれるポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維の表面に微細孔が形成されてなる、請求項6に記載の織編物。
- 染色加工が施されてなる、請求項7に記載の織編物。
