表1に示した場合に準じて、Ca=1.3pF、Cb=1.3pF及びCc=2.35pFを代入すると、Cz=3.3pFと大きな値となる。

Claims (2)
- アンテナ端子と、第1〜第3の共通端子と、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、圧電基板を用いて構成された送信側弾性表面波フィルタと、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、圧電基板を用いて構成された受信側弾性表面波フィルタと、
前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタ及び前記受信側弾性表面波フィルタが搭載されたパッケージ材と、
前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタ及び前記受信側弾性表面波フィルタに接続されており、前記第1〜第3の共通端子間にΔ型に接続された第1〜第3の容量素子と、前記第1の共通端子とアース電位との間に接続された第1のインダクタと、前記第2,第3の共通端子間に接続された第2のインダクタとを有する高周波素子とを備え、
前記高周波素子は、前記第2のインダクタと前記第1〜第3の容量素子のうちの前記第2のインダクタに並列に接続されている容量素子との反共振により、前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタの通過帯域の2倍波もしくはその近傍に発生する第1のトラップの減衰極と、前記第1〜第3の容量素子の前記Δ型接続と等価なT型接続において求められた容量と前記第1のインダクタとの共振によって、前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタの通過帯域の3倍波もしくはその近傍に発生する第2のトラップの減衰極とを有し、
前記容量素子は、前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタ及び/または前記受信側弾性表面波フィルタを構成している前記圧電基板上に形成された櫛形電極により構成されており、
前記櫛形電極の電極指ピッチに沿う方向が、前記櫛形電極が形成されている弾性表面波フィルタにおいて表面波が伝搬する方向に対して直交する方向とされており、
前記容量素子によって発生するインピーダンス特性のリップルが、前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタの通過帯域及び前記受信側弾性表面波フィルタの通過帯域の2倍波及び3倍波並びにその近傍に位置しないように前記櫛形電極の電極指ピッチが定められており、
前記受信側弾性表面波フィルタ及び前記送信側弾性表面波フィルタを構成している前記圧電基板がLiTaO 3 基板であり、
前記櫛形電極の電極指の周期が、下記の式(1)〜(3)の範囲にあることを特徴とする弾性表面波分波器。

fHは、受信側弾性表面波フィルタの通過帯域の上限周波数を、

Pは、櫛形電極の電極指ピッチ(電極指の幅と、電極指間のスペースの和)である。 - 前記パッケージ材内に設けられた位相調整用ストリップラインをさらに備え、
前記第2のインダクタが、前記パッケージ材内の前記位相調整用ストリップラインが設けられている層を含む複数の層にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性表面波分波器。
