Claims (7)
- 入力端子と出力端子との間に接続された多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタと、
前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタと第1の接地端子との間に接続された第1インダクタと、
前記入力端子又は前記出力端子と前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタとの間に一端が接続された弾性波共振器と、
前記弾性波共振器の他端と第2の接地端子との間に接続された第2インダクタと、を具備し、
前記第1インダクタは、前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタの通過帯域の高周波側に第1減衰極を形成し、前記弾性波共振器と前記第2インダクタとは、前記第1減衰極の高周波側に第2減衰極を形成することを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 複数の誘電体層及び複数の導体層を含む積層基板を具備し、
前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタ及び前記弾性波共振器は前記積層基板上にフリップチップ実装され、
前記第1インダクタ及び前記第2インダクタは前記導体層により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ。 - 前記第1の接地端子および前記第2の接地端子は、前記複数の導体層のうち、前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタ及び前記弾性波共振器が搭載される導体層以外の導体層に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のフィルタ。
- 前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタは多重モード結合型弾性表面波フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
- 前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタは結合型圧電薄膜共振器フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
- 前記多重モード結合型弾性波フィルタは、前記入力端子と前記出力端子との間において並列接続された複数の弾性波フィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
- 共通端子と受信端子との間に接続された受信フィルタと、
前記共通端子と送信端子との間に接続された送信フィルタと、を具備し、
前記受信フィルタは請求項1から6いずれか一項記載のフィルタであることを特徴とする分波器。
