Description
前記駆動カムの両側に配置されると共に、前記伝達機構を介して動力が伝達されることにより揺動する一対の揺動カムと、該各揺動カムにそれぞれ当接しつつ該揺動カムの揺動力により支点を中心に揺動して対応する一対の機関弁を開閉作動させる一対のスウィングアームと、前記各機関弁にそれぞれ設けられた一対のスプリングリテーナと、該各スプリングリテーナに弾持されて、前記各機関弁を閉方向に付勢する一対のバルブスプリングと、を備え、
前記一対のスプリングリテーナの間の離間幅あるいは前記一対のバルブスプリングの間の離間幅は、前記駆動カムの投影幅内に少なくとも一部が重なり合うように配置されたことを特徴としている。
該リンクアームに連繋されてロッカシャフトに揺動自在に支持されたロッカアームと、
該ロッカアームと前記揺動カムとを連繋する一対のリンクロッドとを備え、
前記ロッカアームは、前記リンクアームに連繋する第1アーム部と、前記各リンクロッドに連繋する二股状の第2アーム部とを備え、
前記リンクアームの揺動力をロッカアームの第1アーム部から第2アーム部を介して各リンクロッドに伝達して各揺動カムを揺動させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の動弁装置。
前記ロッカシャフトを回転制御することによって前記制御カムの回動位置を規定してロッカアームの揺動位置を変化させることにより、前記各機関弁のバルブリフト量を可変にするようにしたことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の内燃機関の動弁装置。

Claims (4)
- 駆動軸と一体に回転駆動し、軸心が駆動軸の軸心に対して偏心して設けられた駆動カムと、
該駆動カムの外周面全体を回転自在に嵌合保持する嵌合孔を有し、前記駆動カムの回転を揺動力に変換するリンクアームと、
前記駆動カムの両側に前記駆動軸を中心に揺動自在に設けられ、前記リンクアームを含む伝達機構を介して揺動する一対の揺動カムと、
各揺動カムにそれぞれ当接しつつ該揺動カムの揺動力により支点を中心に揺動して対応する機関弁を開閉作動させる一対のスウィングアームと、
前記各機関弁にそれぞれ設けられた一対のスプリングリテーナと、
該各スプリングリテーナに弾持されて前記各機関弁を閉方向に付勢する一対のバルブスプリングと、
前記駆動軸の内部から前記駆動カムと前記リンクアームの嵌合孔との間の摺動隙間に向けて形成された潤滑油供給通路と、を備え、
前記一対のスプリングリテーナの間の離間幅、あるいは前記一対のバルブスプリングの間の離間幅を、前記リンクアームの幅よりも小さく設定したことを特徴とする内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 駆動軸と一体に回転駆動し、軸心が駆動軸の軸心に対して偏心して設けられた駆動カムと、
該駆動カムの外周面全体を回転自在に嵌合保持する嵌合孔を有し、前記駆動カムの回転を揺動力に変換するリンクアームと、
前記駆動カムの両側に前記駆動軸を中心に揺動自在に設けられ、前記リンクアームを含む伝達機構を介して揺動する一対の揺動カムと、
各揺動カムにそれぞれ当接しつつ該揺動カムの揺動力により支点を中心に揺動して対応する機関弁を開閉作動させる一対のスウィングアームと、
前記各機関弁にそれぞれ設けられた一対のスプリングリテーナと、
該各スプリングリテーナに弾持されて前記各機関弁を閉方向に付勢する一対のバルブスプリングと、
前記駆動カムと前記リンクアームの嵌合孔との間の摺動隙間の軸方向両側から前記一対のスプリングリテーナ乃至前記バルブスプリングへ潤滑油を滴下させる潤滑油供給手段とを備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 駆動軸と一体に回転駆動し、軸心が駆動軸の軸心に対して偏心して設けられた駆動カムと、
該駆動カムの外周面全体を回転自在に嵌合保持する嵌合孔を有し、前記駆動カムの回転を揺動力に変換するリンクアームと、
前記駆動カムの両側に前記駆動軸を中心に揺動自在に設けられ、前記リンクアームを含む伝達機構を介して揺動する一対の揺動カムと、
各揺動カムにそれぞれ当接しつつ該揺動カムの揺動力により支点を中心に揺動して対応する機関弁を開閉作動させる一対のスウィングアームと、
前記各機関弁にそれぞれ設けられた一対のスプリングリテーナと、
該各スプリングリテーナに弾持されて前記各機関弁を閉方向に付勢する一対のバルブスプリングと、
前記駆動カムと前記リンクアームの嵌合孔との摺動面を潤滑した潤滑油を前記一対のスプリングリテーナ乃至バルブスプリングの重力方向上面に供給する潤滑油供給手段とを備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 駆動軸と一体に回転駆動し、周囲に潤滑油が供給されている状態で軸心が駆動軸の軸心に対して偏心して設けられた駆動カムと、
揺動自在に設けられて、前記駆動カムの回転運動を揺動運動に変換して駆動力を伝達する伝達機構と、
前記駆動カムの両側に配置されると共に、前記伝達機構を介して動力が伝達されることにより揺動する一対の揺動カムと、
該各揺動カムにそれぞれ当接しつつ該揺動カムの揺動力により支点を中心に揺動して対応する一対の機関弁を開閉作動させる一対のスウィングアームと、
前記各機関弁にそれぞれ設けられた一対のスプリングリテーナと、
該各スプリングリテーナに弾持されて、前記各機関弁を閉方向に付勢する一対のバルブスプリングと、
を備え、
前記一対のスプリングリテーナの間の離間幅あるいは前記一対のバルブスプリングの間の離間幅は、前記駆動カムの投影幅内に少なくとも一部が重なり合うように配置されたことを特徴とする内燃機関の動弁装置。
