Abstract
Description
進退方向および幅方向を有する車体と、
前記車体に搭載された駆動モータにより駆動される駆動輪と、
前記駆動輪に対して前記車体の進退方向に離れた位置に設けられた従動輪と、
利用者が起立歩行姿勢で把持できるように前記車体の上部に設けられた操作部と、
を備え、前記操作部に作用する操作量に応じて前記駆動モータの駆動が制御されるように構成され、
前記車体の進退方向における傾斜を検出する傾斜検出手段を備え、
前記傾斜が閾値未満の平地では、前記操作部の操作原点を中心として、前記操作部を前方に押す操作で前記駆動モータに正方向のトルクを発生させ、前記操作部を後方に引く操作で逆方向のトルクを発生させるように前記駆動モータが制御され、
前記傾斜が閾値以上の登坂路では、前記操作原点が引く操作側にシフトされ、
前記傾斜が閾値以上の降坂路では、前記操作原点が押す操作側にシフトされるように構成されている。
図1において、本発明実施形態に係る電動歩行補助車1は、バッテリーが搭載される下部走行体21およびその後部から上方に立設された上部フレーム22からなる車体2を備え、上部フレーム22の上端に操作部3が設けられ、下部走行体21の後端に左右の駆動輪4、前端に左右の従動輪5を備えている。

Claims (8)
- 進退方向および幅方向を有する車体と、
前記車体に搭載された駆動モータにより駆動される駆動輪と、
前記駆動輪に対して前記車体の進退方向に離れた位置に設けられた従動輪と、
利用者が起立歩行姿勢で把持できるように前記車体の上部に設けられた操作部と、
を備え、前記操作部に作用する操作量に応じて前記駆動モータの駆動が制御されるように構成された電動歩行補助車であって、
前記車体の進退方向における傾斜を検出する傾斜検出手段を備え、
前記傾斜が閾値未満の平地では、前記操作部の操作原点を中心として、前記操作部を前方に押す操作で前記駆動モータに正方向のトルクを発生させ、前記操作部を後方に引く操作で逆方向のトルクを発生させるように前記駆動モータが制御され、
前記傾斜が閾値以上の登坂路では、前記操作原点が引く操作側にシフトされ、
前記傾斜が閾値以上の降坂路では、前記操作原点が押す操作側にシフトされるように構成されている、電動歩行補助車。 - 前記傾斜が閾値以上の登坂路では、シフトされた操作原点を越える操作量が前記操作部に作用した場合に前記駆動モータが停止され、
前記傾斜が閾値以上の降坂路では、シフト前の操作原点を越える操作量が前記操作部に作用した場合に前記駆動モータが停止されるように構成されている、請求項1記載の電動歩行補助車。 - 前記車体の積載荷重を検出する荷重センサをさらに備え、前記荷重センサの検出値に応じて前記駆動モータの出力が制御されるように構成されている、請求項1または2記載の電動歩行補助車。
- 前記操作部は、利用者による把持を検知する把持センサをさらに備え、前記把持センサの検出値が所定値未満の場合に前記駆動モータの駆動が停止されるように構成されている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の電動歩行補助車。
- 停止状態からの発進時に、前記操作部に作用する操作量が所定値以上の場合に、前記駆動モータの駆動が開始されるように構成されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項記載の電動歩行補助車。
- 駆動走行中に、前記操作部に作用する逆方向の操作量が所定値以上の場合に、前記駆動モータの駆動が停止されるように構成されている、請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の電動歩行補助車。
- 前記従動輪はオムニホイールで構成されるかまたは操舵自在に支持され、前記操作部は左右の操作部を含み、前記駆動モータは左右の駆動モータを含み、前記駆動輪は、前記左右の操作部と対応する前記左右の駆動モータにより左右独立に駆動可能であり、それにより旋回可能である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項記載の電動歩行補助車。
- 前記車体は、折畳み可能なシートと、前記シートに着座した利用者が操作可能な操作部とを備え、小型電動車としても利用可能である、請求項1〜7の何れか一項記載の電動歩行補助車。
